American chain restaurant offering sizable portions from a vast menu including signature cheesecake

We had 630pm reservations and still had to wait for our table in an empty restaurant! Got sat and waited ten minutes before server came over. The restaurant was three quarters empty and service was slow and food was COLD.
The sweet corn tamales came out on a piping hot plate but the food was ice cold (the blonde manager brought it out). When I informed her the food was cold she had an attitude and told me she personally took it from the oven and straight to our table. If that were true the sour cream would’ve melted, the fresh tomatoes and herbs would’ve been wilted and cooked so, no, it wasn’t fresh out the oven. Maybe the plate was but the food was not!
Ahi poke tuna nacho was okay. It has potential. The fried wontons were crispy if they didn’t have the dressing poured on them! There was barely any tuna on it and a few pieces of avocado and ginger. So you’re basically eating fried wontons with aioli with sprinkles of tuna and avocado. This was a “cold” dish so we picked at the non soggy chips.
Sheppards pie looked like it was thrown together. Again, hot plate, cold food! Steak Diane was overcooked, again, hot plate but cold food!
The best thing we had there tonight were our drinks, bread and cheesecake.
Regardless, we tipped $25 on a $55 tab but highly disappointed and don’t recommend. Many other places to eat in Blue Back Square. Go elsewhere. They could use a lot of help with service, presentation and serving hot food.

Went out tonight for a valentines day dinner with a family of 5 and definitely worth getting a reservation done is the best for holidays or weekends. To start boys had soda and we had a strawberry margarita( was good but a little watery) but the passionfruit margarita was definitely a better pick no ice and you can taste the flavors. To start the food we had the nachos for apps and they were delicious. The boys had the four cheese pasta ( red sauce but very delicious) , 2 steak diane ( this is a must have if you like mashed potatoesand steak) , steak frites (this is new but very delicious the sauce on the steak was very good and the fries were crispy and great pair) , and I had the cajun jambalaya ( not my favorite definitely would choose something else it was bland and no spice on it) and to top it off of course we had to get the cheesecakes togo original (always a great decision), oreo cheesecake( very chocolatey but good), celebration ( this had me stunned cause my son loves confetti everything and im not a fan but this cheesecake was very delicious it tasted like a very soft cake with lots of flavor) definitely something kids would love. And I had the salted caramel cheesecake ( wow this was very amazing as a caramel lover didn’t disappoint) our sever Monica did such a great job listening to us and laughing at the dad jokes my kids had as much as she was busy with the amount of tables she had she did a great job definitely worth the price ( very pricey family of 5 came out to about 320) but we will be back again ❤️

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. The food is always consistently good, no matter how busy they are, and the service is always great—friendly, attentive, and efficient every time we visit.
My go-to dish is the Chicken Costoletta, which is absolutely outstanding every single time—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It’s the kind of consistency that keeps you coming back again and again.
If you’re looking for reliable quality food and excellent service, this location always delivers. Highly recommend!

We went to The Cheesecake Factory, a place where the menu is longer than some novels and every dish arrives looking like it has a personal stylist. I ordered confidently, even though I had no idea what I ordered. My wife, meanwhile, looked absolutely stunning—effortlessly beautiful—like she belonged in a commercial titled “Yes, You Can Look This Good While Eating This Much Food.”
When the plates arrived, they were massive. Her food showed up first, and she attacked it with elegance and enthusiasm, the kind of grace that says, I am refined, while also saying, I will finish this entire plate. Every bite was met with a smile, a nod, or a tiny “mmm” that felt like a five-star review all by itself. I briefly forgot what I ordered because I was too busy watching her glow under the soft restaurant lighting, casually stealing the show while demolishing pasta like a champion.

The manager Mike who is legitimately the definition of what a leader in the culinary industry should aspire to be. A natural people person. Passionate genuine and cares about each guest. Felt like I was connecting with a family member. Such an electric personality very wonderful interaction. When I tell you five stars isn’t enough the service is outstanding. The food is always exciting fresh flavorful but the cheesecake we adore.

The interior of this restaurant reminded me of somewhere historic. High ceilings with beautiful lights and design. Columns topped with what looked like Egyptian heads. We were seated promptly without a reservation. Our waiter was polite and attentive. The food was delicious! We had the kids mini hot dogs, the Americana burger and the spicy chicken sandwich with Chipotle mayo. Everything was so good! We brought home 3 slices of cheesecake. Highly recommend!

You cant go wrong at the Cheesecake Factory. From the food, to the drinks and desserts your sure to find something on the menu you will enjoy. The staff are kind and food is good however I do miss a few favorites from thr menu since it was changed

My family has been going here since it opened. Today I was very disappointed in our order. We had a big order with 6 entrees. The portions for the Shrimp Scampi was very small. It’s pictured below and I was astounded because usually the portions are great. I even pictured other entrees (salmon dish and ginger chicken dish) where the portions were great! I just didn’t feel right paying $30 for a “meal” that was literally 5 bites. The service was great as usual, just disappointed with the portions for what I paid.

Servers are always good and well mannered, establishment is often full and sometimes it can be crowded but I usually get a table within a reasonable time. The food has never been an issue, always cooked well.
The utensils need to be a bit more taken care of, sometimes we often see utensils with smudges and have to wipe them down before eating. Besides those critiques based on my most recent visit, I enjoy the establishment and the servers as well never had a problem, just small adjustments.
Nonetheless, appreciated.
