Guys, I can’t express how good this restaurant was!!! I have eye problem with bright lights but this restaurant, the light were on perfect brightness! The food is delicious, the appetizers, the cheesecake. Everything is so good, even the bread!. And I love how they pay attention to the extra details you put on the reservation!. The roof of the place is amazing. I loved everything and definitely coming back again. The workers are quick and well spoken, they are so sweet and nice, it gives comfort ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Cheesecake Factory

Chicken katsu and southern fried chicken bowls were great! But the biscuit that came with the southern fried chicken bowl was very hard and crumbled when trying to bite it. Both bowls were a large portion and reasonably priced.
Took forever to get bread. Apparently the bread was in the oven the entire time we were there and we didn’t get any until we were almost finished with our meals.
Aside from the bread, service was quick and our water kept getting refilled.
The restaurant is at Providence Place, but confusing how to enter. It is not actually inside the mall and you have to either go outside and walk down the sidewalk to get to the main door, or you can go through the north parking garage to enter through the back. Signage in the mall was not clear.

We came here while on vacation. It was my first time ever trying this restaurant chain. We started off with complimentary bread. We didn’t really care for it. There were so many options on the menu, we didn’t know what to choose! I ended up going with the shrimp scampi and my boyfriend got the vodka pasta with chicken cutlet. The restaurant was quite busy so we waited awhile for our food, but when we finally got our food it was practically cold. The pasta in my shrimp scampi was clumped together. The sauce was very bland. My boyfriend didn’t care for his dish, but it definitely tasted better than mine. He ordered an alcoholic drink, I think it was a strawberry margarita? We both really liked it. But overall, I was disappointed by this experience. I didn’t have very high expectations for a chain restaurant but it really could have been better. I don’t think I would come here again, maybe I would give it another chance at a location near home.

The drinks and cheesecake were fantastic. I recommend the raspberry lemon drop cocktail and the very cherry cheesecake. The entrees however were not the best, priced $30 for a pasta and chicken plate, the amount of chicken was a very small portion, would not order again (chicken carbonara). Though I did not want to complain as the server was excellent and made our night enjoyable.

It was my first time trying a cheesecake factory and I honestly expected more. It took over 50 minutes to deliver two simple lunch options, and one of the dishes that we requested without an avocado, still ended up having an avocado in it. Service was okay overall.

The Cheesecake Factory – Providence, RI
Our dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Providence started off well—our waiter was attentive and kind. However, we found hair in our butter, which was disappointing. The manager JC promptly came over to apologize and confirmed that the issue was isolated to the butter. While he did offer to bring more bread and butter, nothing was reflected on the check to acknowledge the inconvenience.
When we asked, the manager explained that since the bread is complimentary, no additional action would typically be taken. We used the opportunity to have a respectful conversation about best practices in hospitality, and to his credit, the manager listened thoughtfully and decided to comp one cheesecake.
It wasn’t about compensation as much as it was about ensuring guests feel valued after an unexpected situation. We appreciated his willingness to hear our perspective and take steps toward remedying the issue. Overall, the food and service were good, but the situation could have been handled more proactively from the start.

The Cheesecake Factory at Providence Place Mall is always a solid choice. The menu is massive with something for everyone, and portions are generous. Service was friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. A great spot for casual dining, celebrations, or when you want reliable comfort food in a lively setting.

The menu is amazing! Such good food and of course…the cheesecake is phenomenal, no matter which one you pick.
Our server was great and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food to arrive. We definitely will be back!

This place has always been 5 stars for me in the past. This past time was my first 3 star experience where I felt CF was overpriced. Here’s a picture of the grilled asparagus appetizer. It comes with 10 pieces of asparagus for $11.50. Truffle fries weren’t bad for $9.50. The apple juice ($6.50) and soda ($4.50) would bring what you see with tax and 20% gratuity to just over $40. We ended up getting main meals and cheesecake, but I would just say, don’t order the grilled asparagus. Ive been to nice steakhouse where I get more for less.

When I came to the restaurant, they have full of selections of their cheesecake! choose your favorite one. I tried keylime cheesecake just because I don’t want to feel too much with the cheese. The atmosphere more like intimate with dim lights.
