If I could give zero stars I would I’m so GROSSED out right now . I opened
My DoorDash pickup order at home took a bite and when I look down there was aHUGE bug in my food . Best believe I will never eat at cheese cake factory again! I am better off cooking for myself. The manager tried making up for it earlier which was very nice of him, because the staff kept sending me to different stations to pickup my order and had no clue where to direct me so he gave me a free key lime pie. I thought I was going to gag when I saw the plate of food .

just had my birthday dinner at the Braintree cheesecake factory and I have to shout out our amazing waiter JD (John Michael) He was so lovely and kind and funny and he really made the night special. It makes such a big difference when you have such great service with a smile so I had to give a shout out thanks JD!

Horrible! I drove 30 minutes for curbside just to get home and this is what I have. I get the stuffed mushrooms all the time and they’re usually perfect. The food I got tonight was burned to a crisp! I can’t even eat them and these cost about $15. The person who made this crap and put it in the container should be ashamed to know this is what they’re giving to customers. And I’m assuming they figured it’s takeout and there would be no one in the restaurant to send it back to the kitchen. The biscuits were dry and stale, as if they’d been sitting there all day. People work hard for their money and should be given quality food and service regardless of sitting in or doing curbside. I’m truly disgusted.

Cheese cake has always been a fun spot to go.
There is a fun buzz to the restaurant, it is full of life, gorgeous inside and the staff are such nice folks.
I go to this Braintree location to meet a lifelong friend who travels from Wellesley and I travel for the Cape, a perfect midway meeting place for lunch.
Selections are unlimited to all desires and tastes.
After you lunch you are faced with the desire of unlimited cheese cake selections to ponder.
Wait times never seem to be an issue for lunch as I have found.
The staff aim to please and really make your experience a welcome and pleasant one.
It is a traditional spot to eat, relax, talk with a friend and have a nice memory of having done so, until your next visit.

On our Travels through Braintree, Massachusetts our Sweet Tooth Cravings started so we ended up at the Cheesecake Factory in the South Shore Plaza. We arrived at the Hostess Station and was Greeted by Friendly Hostess who took our Name and # and told us there was a 15 – 20 min wait which was fine. We were seated about 15 min later and our waiter took our Drink Order of a hot cup of coffee ☕ and The Old Fashioned . Then we decided on The Tiramisu Cheesecake and The Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheesecake which Satisfied The Sweet Tooth Cravings .
The Coffee ☕ and Drinks were on point.
The Service was Excellent.
Recommend The Cheesecake Factory!

We were extremely disappointed. The Caesar salad was so dry, as if they’d forgotten the dressing. The worst caesar salad i’ve ever eaten. The burger was cold and tasteless, an even bigger disappointment. Terrible. McDonald’s can do much much better for far less money

I went on a late Wednesday night so there were available seats. But I would recommend getting reservation during weekend and holiday as it can get packed. The server was nice and helpful. Food took time to come out but it was delicious. I wish I had room for dessert but was just too full at the end!

The Excess Factory, with its high ceilings, but small tables; its large plates, but tiny portions; and its extensive decorations, but poor service, has been suffering from a shortage of chicken for years. This time, I had the presence of mind to take a picture, which displays two (2) pieces of chicken on the north end of the gigantic plate.
The manager came out and offered me a side of chicken, rather than bringing out a new warm plate. I’m guessing that was convenient for him and the restaurant, though not for the customer. After 11 long minutes, the chicken came out, but my food was colder than the flat and unfizzy drink that they claim to be soda.
This experience has left me with a number of questions:
1. Why such high prices for such thoughtless and inconsiderate service?
2. Why put so much effort on presentation, but almost none on food quality?
3. Are the high prices to help finance those heavy entrance doors that are so painful to open?
4. Why is there a wait when so many tables are available?
5. When will this chain, finally, go out of business?

Back in the day the Cheesecake Factory was the go to place…I hadn’t been in a while and it seems to have fallen off a little…I ordered a Smokehouse Burger and when it came out they forgot the Onion Strings that come on it and the Fries were Cold and the size off the burger was like a kids meal burger…I guess everyone is cutting corners because that’s not the burger I remember from previous visits…but nevertheless this experience left me feeling like that’s why it’s best to cook at home….Still ended up leaving a tip and Management never cames over and the server kept apologizing for everything…and another thing the seating sucks because you are all up on each other…
