The last few times that we’ve gone to this location they got several things wrong on each sandwich ordered and the fries have been cold and soggy. Definitely the lowest quality that I’ve seen from any Cheesesteak Shop.

They have gone thru a recent remodel of the the restaurant and the menu. The place looke a look nicer and they have added items to the menu. Looki g and tasting good! love this place. I placed my order through the app. The process was pretty stream like and not stressful. However, when I got to location my order was not ready at the time it stated and had wait an additional 10min. My fries were old. Seriously, if I’m waiting for my sandwich to be made why would my curly fries taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours. As for regular fries they were over seasoned. Never had this issue at the location in Livermore. So with that said if you want a good cheese steak sandwich, hot fresh fries and good customer service go to Livermore location.

I got a classic cheese steak. The meat tasted great and they give generous portions, but they need to add more cheese and more onion. The management really needs to put some TLC into the FOH. I couldnt find a napkin anywhere. The place needs a facelift and better stocking / organization. Id give it a 3.5 if I could.

I spent almost $20.⁰⁰ on a sandwich, just one! They were 30 minutes late making my order (which was placed online) I was then harassed about getting extra peppers… SERIOUSLY!! Going forward, I’m heading to the San Ramon shop, or Walnut Creek their awesome in WC!!
