We had an INCREDIBLE experience here. Shirley was our server and she is so passionate about the chattaway, she told us the history, helpful tidbits about the menu, and shared about how much she loves the owner and their family. Wonderful experience. Very laid back joint. I spoke with three of the staff and they were all super nice; one even gave me a tour of the tea room. THE BURGER WAS a nice size, hot, juicy and tasty. The fries were crinkle cut and fried perfectly.

Absolutely love. Wanted to take my mom to lunch, it was perfect! Such a cute little place with cool decor inside British themed, and more islandy outside. This was the cutest, most authentic tea house ive ever visited. The owner is from England and was in the room and we found out all of the China used is her personal China. Atmosphere was amazing, food and tea was great too. 10/10. Will definitely be returning 🙂

Great hidden gem spot. Food is affordable and you can tell even the fries are made there. Everything was delicious, I was very surprised. I had no idea of what to expect from it. I am telling about this place to all my friends now. It will be our new spot.

Great out of the way spot that we we dug up via a random google maps selection. The staff was gracious and seated us quickly and gave attentive service.
Our server was awesome. The Lobster chowder didn’t have much in the way of lobster, but it was good and we enjoyed the burger.
Indoor dining is available, but it looks like the real fun is out on the patio. Very spacious.

Casual dining with a flair for outdoor coziness! Had the junior cheeseburger, and definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had since living in St. Pete for the past year. Would love to return for live music. The outdoor seating was beautiful with lots of greenery. Th waitstaff was quick and efficient to managing our large group.

Outdoor seating in a garden like atmosphere. There was a a musician playing and singing who had quiet songs and he had a nice voice. Perfect background. Waitress was alone and she did an amazing job checking on us constantly to see if we needed anything.

Celebrated my birthday at the Chattaway and it was fabulous. There were nine of us, three under 10 years. We sat outside, the weather was perfect. The service was was wonderful. The food was delicious. The bill did not break the bank. We weren’t rushed, the server even brought out a small desert for the kids to sing happy birthday.such a great day. We will definitely be back.
