Absolutely loved our first experience at the Château! Our server, Aron, was positively stellar, extremely attentive, patient, friendly and so hospitable. This being the first restaurant we eat at on our family trip, is setting the bar high for the rest of our time in AMI. 100% recommend and would come back here again! If you’re looking for a quiet dinner in a nice restaurant, avoid this place. We went on a Friday evening, the bar was full, and it was LOUD inside. The noise level was above 70 decibels which is like heavy traffic at rush hour. The tables were small and pushed close together. We had to lean across the table to have any conversation and hearing the waitress was a real challenge. My duck confit ($38) wasn’t what I expected. Instead of a duck leg with tender meat and crisp skin, I got pieces of duck meat in a rich sauce. It was tasty but not a traditional duck confit. The grilled pork loin ($34) was done just right. Chardonnay @ $11 a glass was fine. A beet side salad was $8 and tasted very good. Service from Sara M was prompt and courteous. Overall it was good but not great because of the noise, the table spacing and the disappointing duck confit. I doubt if we’ll ever eat there again.

10/10 a must visit dining experience. My husband and I hosted our 25th wedding vow renewal celebration here and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Nicole was tremendous help in coordination, the service was top notch, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was so perfect. Amazing!! Best dinner I’ve had in AMI. My husband and I got to go out for a dinner without our kids and had such a fun evening here! The blue martini was perfect as was the raspberry mocha espresso martini. Had the calamari, and red snapper, my husband had the NY Strip and mashed potatoes. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, but unfortunately, we waited about 20 minutes before being acknowledged by our server. The way the situation was handled truly impressed us. The hostess personally came to our table, sincerely apologized, and ensured that we were taken care of from that moment on. Her professionalism and maturity in addressing the issue turned what could have been a negative experience into a moment of genuine hospitality.
The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish showcased unique and well-balanced flavors that felt thoughtfully curated for the occasion.
• Salad: The Caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and dressed to perfection—not overly drenched, but just enough to enhance the flavors without overwhelming the greens.

Had a great anniversary dinner! The staff decorated our table with golden rose petals and ‘Happy Anniversary’ sign. A little detail that made us feel very special. Aron was amazing. He was attentive but didn’t pester us unnecessarily. He made great recommendations from both the wine list and the menu.

We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at The Chateau and we had the best time. The entire family was present and everyone complimented the staff for their flawless, friendly, and timely service, as led by Aaron, while they enjoyed a variety of truly delicious cuisine options paired with two types of exceptional wines. My compliments to everyone, especially Jennifer for providing the type of celebratory atmosphere, replete with personalized musician, that we will remember always. In from out of town and went for brunch. Ordered the chefs special “cinnamon roll pancakes” and they were fantastic. The rest of my family loved their food as well. Omelets and Chateau Breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly for everybody. Reasonably priced as well, would definitely return.

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas day! All the staff were Fantastic friendly, made us feel welcome and wished us a Merry Christmas! Now the food… PHENOMENAL. Prime Rib and Chicken Francese were deliciousand desserts to die for. And…. our waitress was from Fort Wayne and the couple next to us were from Brownsburg. It’s such a small world. We will definitely be back!!!
