I came to The Chapman in Winter Park for my birthday brunch with a group of friends, and we had such a great experience. The vibe was perfect for a celebration — beautiful atmosphere, great energy, and the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.
Our server was attentive and friendly, and overall the service was really good. The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time was that gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Not a big issue, but it would’ve been helpful to be told so we could review it before adding anything additional.
Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a cute brunch spot in Winter Park!

There are alot of reasons to try The Chapman in Winter Park. The atmosphere reminds me of Miami meets New York. Plenty of cozy booths and nice sitting area by a fireplace. Trendy lighting and decor in the bar. Seating inside and out. No one seems crunched together when dining which is a nice experience in very busy Orlando.. The food is excellent too…Florida fresh seafood, local produce and creative sauces along with nice steak choices. Good wine list and full bar. The Chapman is just a great dining experience overall. Friendly service and set apart from the really noisy and crowded part of Park Ave. Its a keeper on my list.

We went to Chapman to celebrate our friend, and everything was amazing from start to finish. For appetizers, we had the burrata bruschetta, the crab cake, and the Crispy Bang Bang Lion’s Mane.
The drinks were also a hit! the espresso martini was perfect and the Bloody Mary was super flavorful. The place itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere that made our celebration even better. Highly recommend!

I visited The Chapman in Winter Park for brunch and the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere is beautifully designed and sets the stage for an elevated dining experience. The service was attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which added to the overall quality of the visit.
The colossal lump crab cake was outstanding and full of flavor, and the Crispy Bang Bang Lion’s Mane was a pleasant surprise, prepared so well that it could easily be mistaken for a traditional chicken dish. The Pretty in Park martini from their martini tower was a guest favorite and the Espresso Martini was a perfect complement to brunch. We ended with the key lime crème brûlée, which was light, smooth, and the ideal finish.
The Chapman also offers a private dining space that is perfect for intimate gatherings or special occasions. I highly recommend The Chapman for anyone looking for a refined brunch experience in Winter Park. I will definitely be returning.

Perfect setting for ladies who brunch. All appetizers came out great. The colossal crabcake, 5 stars! Espresso martini – excellent! The Florida fish crunch was good, but I enjoyed the taste of the creme brulee French toast better.

This restaurant is a true gem. The craft cocktails are incredible. Creative, balanced, and beautifully presented. The food was out of this world, every dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made the whole experience seamless. The space itself is spotless with a warm, upscale atmosphere that makes you want to linger. An all-around exceptional dining experience. I can’t wait to come back!

11.08.25- came with my best friend to kick off my birthday weekend and we had brunch for the first time here. We started with the crab cake which was amazing, then the breakfast flatbread (it was prettier than it tasted but we still enjoy the crisp of the flatbread) ended off with the crab and lobster roll, this I wouldn’t order again but still the experience was great and our server so sweet. The highlight was this coconut drink that was not on the menu but specially ordered for me which was yummy!!!! A must try for sure. The finale was adorbs they brought out a dessert, card and took a photo for keepsake! My best friend and I will be back for sure. ❤️ our total was around $120 for brunch which includes the ambiance, music and service was beautiful. We were not disappointed.

The Chapman! Great service and food. Try their crab cakes (not pictured) but excellent! The rolls and salted butter were delicious. Reasonable happy hour prices as well.

Visited for Brunch on Valentine’s day and we had such a fantastic experience, our server Austin was informative and friendly and the food was amazing!
We tried the bacon and egg burger and the Tuna bowl and both were great portions and extremely tasty (we ate them before taking the photo )
We also shared the creme brulee French toast and it was to die for. A fantastic special occasion spot and amazing venue and very clean too!

The food here is delicious, the music is amazing (it was a Thursday so they had a DJ) Everyone was so friendly, Maya came over and was super enthusiastic about the menu and very friendly we loved her. Derek was our server and he explained the menu so well and gave excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. He was very attentive and we definitely will ask for him next time! The wagyu was our favorite, the manager also came over and was very friendly, overall the whole service team works seamlessly together making it an incredible experience!
