Breakfast until 11am only. Went twice on weekdays.
Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes, extra crispy are the bestestest! They’re ginormous and delicious.
Lunch: Chaos Thang (lunch item) is a burger with chilli, brisket, beef patty, cheese, buns, and we chose fries as sides.
Coffee = not the best but light and OK.
Service = quick and kind.
Ambience = feels like a hangout spot for the locals! Everyone sorta knew each other and it was nice to see that.

Great traditional breakfasts with New Mexican favorites. Nice easy quick stop on 285. Friendly service with the added touch of fresh flowers on each table. Grill style scrambled eggs with slightly overcooked hash browns. The pancakes needed a bit more time on the grill and the sweet tea was bottled. Aside from my taste preferences, I would eat here again and I definitely do recommend this cafe.

Customer service was great! The food is awesome. My husband and I ate breakfast at Chaos Cafe. We left there very full and satisfied. The pancakes are one of kind and huge. Very tasty! We will definitely eat there again.

WARNING! Check your bill carefully. They will overcharge you & not tell you. Food sat in the window for 20 minutes & they forgot my salad until everyone had eaten – then I get a bowl with about a half cup of pre-mixed salad (straight out of the bag – no additional toppings). I asked for mayo for my burger & was brought about 1/2 teaspoon in a container (equivalent to about 1/2 packet) – this is after I requested “extra extra Mayo” twice. Waitress intentionally avoided us when we asked about overcharge. All of our items (6 of us in the party) were charged on average about $2 more than the menu price. They charged me $2.65 for a warm can of coke.
Apparently this was not the first overcharge as one member of our party warned us to check our bills. My burger was $10.65 on menu – charged $12.95. Wife’s food was 10.95 – she was charged 12.95. everyone was charged at least two dollars more per menu item.
This was the first time in years I have left zero tip. Would NEVER go back.

They serve good food. It’s more comfort style. It was a nice little place other then a woman who may either owns it manages it was standing to the entrance of the kitchen texting on her phone. Very in professional. That’s why 4 stars. Usually a manager / Owner greet and socialize with customers if not they are not seen.

They have the best breakfast in town!! Coffee is hot and plentiful, the eggs are done to perfection, bacon is just right, not chewy and raw nor, overcooked and crumbly. Service is good, the food is better. You can’t go wrong eating here.

Pretty damn good breakfast. Pancakes are nice fat flapjacks. Big juicy blueberries in em. Cook knows difference between over hard and over easy which is rare for some reason. Good biscuits. Overall i can say breakfast here is a good option.

Great place for breakfast! We ate here both days we were in town. Super friendly service, and quick with traditional breakfast favorites – bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits. Coffee only $0.75, and they gave us to go cups too. Highly recommend!
