Always a most enjoyable time here with impeccable service and awesome specials and music.
The bartender staff is always spot on and sharp and attentive.
For that “upscale” get away from the sports bar nights this is an excellent choice to enjoy being catered to and have mouth watering delicious specials.
The crowd is always a nice mix and the place really comes alive when the music comes-you especially gotta see Will Holton when he is here.
Good time-great music and good people all around in an elegant comfortable and not intimidating setting.

Food was good. Food specials on Tuesday are $15.95. Our Sangria was $18.95.(per glass) Very pricey for something that does not cost nearly that much to make. My pasta bolognese was loaded with meat. Very tasty. My friend had Chicken Marsala. She liked it. Service was very good. All male waiters like in Europe!! I would visit again and not drink! The service and food were great. Some might like the atmosphere and decor but it’s a little “much” for me. You’ll know why they call it the Chandelier bar!

The bar is beautiful, the drinks are great and the staff is professional and attentive. Such an elegant, cozy place – for that reason, I give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the night that we came (Saturday), the music did not match the otherwise great ambiance. The live music was way too loud, so much so that it was impossible to have any conversation. Once the live music ended, it got much better, until a long string of rap music started which had very offensive lyrics and made for such a disconnect from the elegance of the place that we ended up leaving early, I like all kinds of music, but I have to say that the music this night really took away from such a great place because it just did not fit the style of elegance and beauty.

Came to the bar for live music and it was amazing, it took a minute but I got a table across, service was prompt and friendly. Very quick with drinks and food, made a great suggestion when I wasn’t sure if I wasn’t pasta or steak and i was able to get both. I can’t wait to come back!!

We have gone to the Chandelier Bar for the last several years in New Year’s Eve and have loved it! This year was a different story. The price gouging was unbelievable! Did you ever hear of French onion soup for $25???!!! Pasta for $85??!! We won’t do that again! Such a shame. However, Nick was great!

So I’m in Buffalo for a business trip, and stay at the attached Delavan Hotel & Spa (which has a horrific free “breakfast”). Due to how terrible their breakfast is, I was scared to try the attached restaurant, but to my surprise the restaurant although the same company, is actually fantastic. First, I’m a whiskey collector, and they have some very difficult to find fine whiskies, some of which I have show in the photos. They have all vintages of pappy first off. The venue is large and beautiful, and the waitresses/bartenders are equally beautiful. the staff were fairly attentive friendly. Each night I got a different whiskey and meal, and all were great. Price isn’t low, but this is a higher end place, so that is to be expected. I feel that for the quality of the food, the price was certainly justified. I will write a separate review for the hotel as well.

Best cocktails in buffalo. If you are a bourbon lover, you MUST try their smoked old fashioned. It is the best I’ve ever had! Very classy place to impress family, clients or a date. We will definitely be back!

This could’ve easily been a 5 star review, but here is some reasons why it’s not. First, lets start with the good. The restaurant Chandelier is located inside the beautiful Delavan hotel and spa, which is part of Salvatores. I strongly suggest you take a moment or two, and admire the scenery. The decor and Chandeliers are amazing, truly a great introduction leading into the huge bar area. The bar is really nice and spacious, but due to Covid there is limited seating. We were told (by the bartender) that the $12 dinner special was for the bar section only. But there were no more available spots at the bar, or even seats at the side (3) tables. So we stood to the side waiting for a spot to open up. As we were looking over the menu, a waiter passing by ask if we needed help. We told him we came for the special, but was told there is no available seating in the bar area. The waiter (Noah) told us, there is a whole other section for the bar that has seating. So he took us to the table and provided us with menu’s. He then went to get the waitress, that will be taking care of us. Amazing how the bartender tells us one story, and we come to find out something different. Poor communication on the bartenders behalf, but wait there’s more.
The new waitress comes, and ask if she can get us something to drink. Right away you can tell, this is going to be very questionable service. Why? Because she never said hello, never told us about the specials, and never gave her name. You can tell she didn’t want to be on shift this day, probably because it’s a dinner special night. If that’s the case, tips are based off your total bill, so unlike normal nights were dinners can cost over $100-$200 easy. That isn’t always the case on Tuesday nights. Now this is just my opinion, on why our waitress was acting the way she was. We ordered our food and drinks, and it all came pretty fast. The food was really good, and even though the steak (4oz) was tiny. The burger came with no, other condiments other than ketchup. My sandwich (prime rib) was missing the dip and sauce. For $12 each dinner was really good, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Hopefully, the service is alot better though.
