I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cenacle Café and Bistro, and I just have to rave about their chicken and waffles. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a hint of that cozy bistro charm that makes you want to settle in and stay a while.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the chicken and waffles. The dish was simply fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. Paired with a fluffy, golden waffle that had just the right amount of sweetness, it was a match made in brunch heaven. They even served it with a lovely maple butter that took the flavor to another level.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and overall it was just a delightful experience. If you’re in the mood for a comforting, well-executed chicken and waffles, Cenacle Café and Bistro should definitely be on your list.

I’m from about 3 hours South of here. A current coworker, that used to live just a few minutes away, told me I needed to try this place once she found out I would be in the area. I’m glad I did. The food was fantastic and I had great, friendly service from the staff. Will definitely be coming back.

When I think of the goodness of Jesus, I think of this place right here. From the minute we walked in we were kindly greeted with a warm smile, and it carried through the entire time from everyone we saw and ever heard joyously in the back. Listen, when you hear joy from the cooks in the back you know you’re in good hands and the food will be a reflection of that. Everything tasted delicious, and I apologize for the food being eaten off of in the photo, but as you can tell everything was so good and I ordered more than enough for a family just so I can try multiple things. The coffee, the loaded omelette, the loaded hash brown casserole, the beef sausage, the red velvet waffles, red velvet cake, the bacon, the loaded grits just 10/10 stop by here. You will NOT be disappointed. I’m from south florida, and wished they had just a few more locations and one near me. I haven’t been to any other restaurant on this trip that I would undoubtedly visit again, this is the first one so far.

The service is what makes the place. Or server Chrisani was intentional in making sure we felt welcomed. She was knowledgeable and kind. The food was fresh and flavorful. It wasn’t overly seasoned so I was able to add salt at my discretion. I ordered the shrimp and grits and a side of bacon. The shrimp were grilled which was different and welcomed. The fresh vegetables in the grits was different and delicious. My friend order the pancake breakfast. The food came out quickly. The prices were reasonable and there was ample parking for the size of the restaurant. Great choice if you’re in the Mableton area.

Had an amazing breakfast with my boyfriend this morning. Ms. Tam greeted us warmly and was incredibly kind and admirable. She explained the menu thoroughly and made us feel very welcome. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The establishment itself is very clean and inviting.
Ms. Tam also recommended their freshly made cakes, which I ended up purchasing, and they did not disappoint. Ms. Lashunda was also very sweet while checking me out and was a pleasure to speak with.
Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend everyone visit and show some love to Ms. Tam, Ms. Lashunda, and the entire staff. We definitely look forward to returning!

Highly disappointed in this “to go” order. I ordered a “bowl” of shrimp and grits and this is what they consider a bowl for $23!!!?? Are you serious and on top of that my friend ordered a “side” of potato salad and I’ve never seen a side or bowl this freaking small from any restaurant I ordered. What a complete waste of money.

Fantastic service. The food was delicious but the mini omelet was definitely mini no shade.

Breakfast was very good. I had Grit Bowl, hubby had a Breakfast wrap. They had different meat options and Vegetarian options. Great breakfast prices.

It was great best breakfast burrito ever. My wife had grit bowl and I don’t even eat grits but I tried it and I would actually eat there’s. This place is a must at least one time for sure. Try it out. They don’t disappoint.

We came here after not being seated at another popular brunch spot! We were so glad we came!!! Most of us are from out of town. They welcomed us in, took our orders and served us with a smile and SUPERB customer service. Everything was good and the only good left was from folks who were full!
Note, the chicken salad has craisins in it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Try everything! Salmon Croquettes, shrimp n grits, omelets! All delicious. We have nothing but great things to say about this spot. Great work and many blessings for success!
