The food was delicious. I thought the price was good especially for seafood. I had the crab legs with potatoes and corn and it was better the the last crab legs I had at Red Lobster. Everyone at the table loved their food. The people are very friendly and the place was clean. I ladies working the counter are a little slow and don’t seem to know much if you have questions about the menu. I have to eat gluten-free and the manger tried to help me with that and it worked out because I did not get sick but I did wish they knew more about what is gluten free and what’s not.

In short food is good but the service is horrible. You order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. I tried The Catch twice in 5 days before reviewing. Each time the food was good and unfortunately the lady taking our order at the counter was the same one on each visit. She’s very nice however she is clueless on operating the register and taking orders. Whoever owns this place needs to train their employees more. On our second visit the corn on the cob was old with dimples. It was not edible. On each visit the restaurant was clean.

The Catch has a fun atmosphere and great food! I ate the Fried Oyster Po Boy! The oysters were battered and seasoned just right. The bread was fresh as was the lettuce and tomatoes. The hush puppies were perfectly seasoned and fried just right! The plate also came with seasoned fries that were average at best. Overall the food was pretty darn good. The meal came with a complimentary frozen Margarita that was pretty good as well. The place is fun and festive looking and the service was also as good as the entire experience!

Stopped in here to grab some lunch. I ordered fried pickles, alligator (a la carte) and grilled shrimp tacos. Let me start of by saying that fried pickles were okay, but the fried alligator had some great flavor. Now I’m not big on fried food, so to me personally it was a bit greasy, but too there’s it may not be. Again though, I thought the flavor was good. Now the grilled shrimp tacos, I thought amazing! I loved the taste and the flavor they had. I would definitely recommend trying out The Catch if you haven’t already.

Fresh fried Shrimp and catfish w/ fries and 2 hush puppies very, very good! The shrimp was sooooo good and huge. The shrimp po boy was good could have had a bit more kick to it. Free beer and regular margaritas all day long, however tea and sodas $1.99! Very nice place, reasonable prices, we will definitely come back! They have a Facebook page. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions since this was the first time in this type of establishment. However the people delivering food didn’t come back to make sure all was ok (esp when they weren’t that busy when we got there)

Excellent service, and even better food.the fried oysters are plump, meaty and juicy. The shrimp is large enough to take two bites. The cat fish was meaty and just right amount of cornmeal breading. It looked and smelled so good I started eating before I realized I forgot to take pictures of the food – sorry.

Went in for an early dinner, I had grilled shrimp tacos and the wife had grilled whitefish platter with some grilled shrimp too. I started off with shrimp etouffee. The etouffee was absolutely delicious and so were the tacos. Yum. My wife’s platter looked really good too, and the fries were tasty. The red beans and rice was good andspicy. The service was friendly and quick and the young man in the kitchen was getting the food out quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will return to this location for more deliciousness.

The food was decent. Had the catch-22 and while I give them credit for all the food not being too salty, which is hard to do with everything being fried, it was rather bland. Their shrimp was terrific, however the catfish was definitely lacking. Also the serving size was large and yet I only received two hush puppies on the entire tray. Also, the teller was a tad rude when she acted annoyed by my families Asian accents. I understand it had probably been a long day, but their accents aren’t bad by any stretch and to act so exasperated was definitely overly dramatic.
