Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 – 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The Capital Grille was absolutely worth it! It’s a little pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. From the moment we walked in, everything felt top-tier. The food was outstanding — hands down the best calamari I’ve ever had! Every dish was prepared perfectly.
The service was amazing as well. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday, which meant a lot. They really know how to create a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic dining experience here. The filet mignon choices were great and mine was cooked medium rare to perfection. It sounds odd but me and my wife struggled to find a place that could make an old fashioned AND an espresso martini to our liking but the Capital hit this out of the park! Great cocktails here.
The lobster Mac and cheese is a must. Another hit for a side.
Service was good and the location was convenient. It was nice to not have to navigate a large property and we were seated promptly upon arrival for our reservation. Would recommend as the food, service and drinks were exceptionally good.

I love eating here. My wife and I came for lunch on Christmas Eve and got a nice window seat overlooking the strip. After a refreshing beverage we enjoyed the 14oz New York with Parmigiano crust and the 10oz Filet Minion. Our sides were the delicious soy brussel sprouts, cheesy au graten potatoes and the corn in cream sauce and bacon. All were fantastic! Pro tip, order a side of the house made steak sauce, it’s the best!!

Perfection. Went for a birthday celebration. Capital Grille put birthday decorations on the table, and a handwritten card. Very nice touch! Food was excellent, Jessica our server was so pleasant, so professional. Entire staff was great. Went out of their way on a Friday night packed to give us exceptional service and food. 22 ounce bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection, all side dishes were fantastic, dessert exceptional. Thank you Capital Grille!

On a mission to try every The Capital Grille in the U.s.A., Did not have a good experience at all in this particular restaurant. Service from our main waitress was lousy overall. She went MIA. The guy helping her was much more pleasant. Salad was missing the dressing but still tasted good. My filet was SO disappointing because it was undercooked when sliced then thrown back on the heat to brown further. I don’t think the steak was even salted it was so flavorless. I loved nothing about the dish, not even the mushrooms. This location gets a thumbs down! my partner got the chicken. We did not care for whatever the sauce over the chicken was

Amazing experience for a holiday banquet in the private dining room! David and Daniela were our servers and they were engaging, efficient, and always made sure we had what we needed. The entire meal, including appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were plentiful and delicious. The coffee drinks with dessert were a nice compliment. Don’t forget to park in the garage off Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Blvd; there is a special elevator behind the valet section, in the front corner of the garage, that goes up to the the restaurants, including Capital Grille on the 3rd floor.
