Absolutely loved our experience as always! Now we probably only venture out a few times a year to the beltway from old katy but i just love capital grill. That made my anniversary feel very special with confetti on the table and a very nice dessert sign. Its those little touches that i really love about this place. I had gotten the steak n lobster, both of which are perfect honestly i love this place more than pearl n vine or perrys. 10 out of 10

We had an absolutely fabulous experience here on 2/13/26 for early Valentine’s Day dinner. When we arrived, I went to the restroom – I slipped and fell on my way out on a small spot of water (I’m a klutz, so I wasn’t too surprised that it happened). The managing partner, server, and other staff were so kind and made sure that I was okay, and even comped our appetizers and a drink for us because they felt awful about it. The Managing Partner came to our table afterwards to check in with me to see if I was alright and apologized – I blame myself and my shoes, but the level of service and compassion was outstanding. Our server Jorge is amazing, very attentive, but not overboard/hovering at all. He was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The filet was absolutely to die for, along with the Parmesan truffle fries and asparagus. The bread that they give you is outstanding as well! It was a beautiful, quiet atmosphere which was perfect for our date night. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We will definitely be back soon (with better shoes )

I had such a great experience at The Capital Grille in CityCentre, and a huge part of that was Skylar at the bar! From the moment I sat down, he was attentive, personable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and you could tell he actually cares about the guest experience. The service felt effortless and polished, which is exactly what you hope for at a place like this. Skylar is truly an asset to this location, and The Capital Grille is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again.

The restaurant was great. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server Christopher was great. He was knowledgeable about the drinks and the dishes. I ordered a New York strip, and it wasn’t great. I was unimpressed. I should have ordered it med because it came out really dry. Even though it was pink in the middle the cut of meat just wasn’t a quality I am used to. Over all the service was nice! The drinks and bread were great! Thank you Capital Grille i may come back again for drinks and appetizers for sure!!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick a wine that paired perfectly with my meal.
Now, onto the burger—it was one of the best I’ve ever had! Juicy and cooked to perfection, it was topped with fresh ingredients that made each bite incredibly satisfying. The fries that accompanied the burger were equally delicious, crispy, and seasoned just right.
Service at The Capital Grille was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the valet parking for just $5 made it easy to relax and enjoy without worrying about parking.
The CityCentre location itself is a vibrant area filled with shops and boutiques, making it a great destination for a meal after some retail therapy. There’s plenty to explore nearby, which adds to the overall experience.
