Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 – 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Came here to celebrate graduation with my family and had a great time. We ordered the Caesar salad and Calamari for starters and both were excellent. As for my main I got the boneless ribeye (medium rare) and it was cooked to perfection. Both the mashed potatoes and truffle fries were excellent sides and they even gave me a little dessert for my graduation. I will definitely be back again!

Consistently great as we try different Grilles across the nation. We have our favorites: french onion soup, truffle fries, their steaks – but we always try more. Had the chicken with risotto and really liked it too. For sides I chose the sauteed mushrooms – they are phenomenal. Done just right, full flavor. Also had the Cosmo cocktail (fruity and not too sweet) and the flourless chocolate cake.

I’ve been going to this location for about 4 years now and it’s stayed consistent throughout that time. I would describe Capital Grille as an old time favorite. You want excellent service? Do you want to leave satisfied? Want to be treated with the upmost respect? Go to this Capital Grille location. One of my favorite dishes (and the reason why I always go back) is the lobster Mac and cheese. Yes I could very much have that for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a mid night snack because LET ME TELL YOU. It is absolutely DELICIOUS.
