Had a lovely time catching up with a friend here. The atmosphere is very cozy with comfortable seating. Service is great! Food is superb. Great recommendation from the staff! (shout out to Sid) The coffee is strong enough and not too sweet. Exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be back soon to try more of their coffee bean choices and pastries.

This coffee shop is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They offer a wide variety of beans to choose from, and the staff are knowledgeable and happy to recommend the best beans based on your preferred coffee style.
The ambiance is beautiful and Instagram-worthy, with a luxurious vibe thanks to its location near the casino. There’s also plenty of parking space, which makes visiting very convenient.
The shop isn’t very big, so there’s a chance you may need to wait during busy hours.

Food is really good and the coffee, there are options which coffee bean will be used, mine I chose the Colombian coffee bean, my friends had Vietnamese. The downside tho is that the service is a bit slow, we waited for about 30 minutes for our coffee and pastries to arrive. When we asked for the bill, we waited longer and had to ask for the 2nd time.
Overall the food, the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff are very good (10/10)

What I like most about The Canyon is that you can personalize your coffee beans, choosing from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Vietnam, Italy, and the Philippines. This is a unique feature that makes the experience more special.
They also have a wide variety of items on their menu—not just drinks, but also muffins, cookies, pastries, sandwiches, and more. The most affordable items are the cookies, priced at just ₱85. We ordered the Canyon Cookies, and they were really tasty. We also tried the Almond Croissant and Marble Muffin, and both were delicious.
For drinks, we ordered a Caramel Macchiato, and I chose Ethiopian beans. It had a rich taste and wonderful aroma. My girlfriend tried the Dark Chocolate, and she liked it a lot—it was tasty and creamy. The drink prices are a bit higher compared to other coffee shops, but the quality and flavor make it worth it. I don’t mind paying more for something that tastes this good.
The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Special shoutout to “Kian”, who impressed us with his effort and excellent service. He’s doing a great job. The other staff members were also very friendly and attentive.

I would like to commend Ms. Danniela Garcia of The Canyon Cafe, who was so very accommodating with our questions and who really did her best in serving us. It was truly a great experience despite the long wait for available seats. She was so warm in welcoming us, and her beautiful smile and her willingness to help and adjust our drinks to our liking was superb. It was a proactive move from her, that she made sure that we are satisfied and happy with our order. Looking forward to visiting again, and trying their other menu items. Thanks again Ms. Danniela 🙂 hope you get the recognition (by your immediate superior) for your effort in providing the best customer service you could offer. 🙂
