The Canadian Brewhouse is a popular Canadian-themed sports bar and restaurant chain with over 45 locations across Canada, known for its extensive, comfort-food-focused menu, large selection of TVs for sports, and lively atmosphere. Excellent experience at my first time dining here after the motorcycle show. Great ambiance, food was delicious, the drinks were served ice cold and the service was friendly and fast. Not much room to complain about a thing. Will definitely be back here again when in Abbotsford.

The brisket grilled cheese costs $25+, and this is what you get… took 2 bites into crunchy, hard and dry bread and did not continue. The meal sat at the end of the table for 20+ minutes while the server walked by multiple times. When she asked if everything was okay and if I wanted something else made, my girlfriend was already done eating, and I had no intention of ordering another +$20 dish.
2 beers each, a Shepard pie and rib bites cost $89 before tip, and we did not pay for the grilled cheese. Total rip off of a restaurant…

We ordered take out, our meals (kids cheeseburger sliders and a brisket grilled cheese) took 35 minutes to be ready and it wasn’t busy in there. A person that was with us ordered a meal after us and they got theirs about 15 minutes before we did. I now know why ours took so long…. The brisket grilled cheese was burnt and inedible. The Caesar salad came with no dressing as the side for the kids sliders. All in all, not a great experience.

Attention, CEO/Manager Youness… I’m writing to you today to ask you to give the highest respect, recognition and endless accolades to an amazingly great professional who assisted me today with important instructions for a skateboarder that I had placed for your delicious food.
There are no words to express my gratitude and thanks for the amazing gentleman who assisted me today.
Carl went above and beyond the realm of excellence in customer service I called there was special instructions, due to an operation I had on my throat and I required my food to be prepared a specific way and he made sure of that.. I received the best meal ever!!!
I was also able to take advantage of the Great complimentary bonus wings that you’re amazing Brewhouse offered for orders over $35.
Carl’s customer service was exceptional, beyond description I know this first hand, because I used to be a mystery shopper in my younger days when I was not sick.
I trust that the Canadian Brewhouse being as exceptional as it is, will give him the recognition and respect that he deserves for going above and beyond, representing the brewhouse 110%, however most importantly, truly caring about me as a customer.
For anyone who’s reading this today, I highly recommend this absolutely classy establishment, with such great professionals like this amazing Carl.

We went yesterday (my first time) to watch the Jay’s GAME 2, It was awesome! Our drinks and food was EXCELLENT! Great vibes. Sports Bar feel except kids are allowed (love that). I seen a kid enjoying his meal at the bar with his dad – how fricken fun! Also a nice clean bathroom upstairs – winning!

But what really is annoying
Is the size of the salsa and sour cream Dixie cups
That you get with nachos or other meals.
And if you want more they charge you.
It would be nice if the brewhouse would include a reasonable size of salsa and sour cream..

Food was decent although the price was a bit high for what you get.
Service was great. We spent a while at our table and still felt welcome by the staff. Never felt rushed.
I had the blackened chicken rice bowl. It was tasty, and the quantity was alright
Would have been 5 stars if they put mote chicken on it. Not bad for $21

Secondly it would have been nice if they had a diabetic friendly option for the bowl. Iceberg lettuce isn’t that great a substitute for rice. Romaine or a springmix would have been my choice if it was available.

I went with a friend to The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill without making a reservation. We were seated near the front door on a rainy Saturday.
The atmosphere at CBH is welcoming, as there is an Inukskuk outside the restaurant, fantastic First Nations totem poles and carvings at the front entrance and along the walls, and creative decorations, such as beer can-assortment wall inserts. The volume level was unbelievably quiet. It felt like we were attending a cribbage night at an old folks home. Perhaps some live music or the addition of a pool table could liven up the atmosphere.
The drinks were tasty and well-presented. The bartender applied the perfect amount of liquor or wine base, and ice.
The food was not good. Although the regular nachos and the garlic fingers were nice and warm, the nacho chips seemed tired and stale, the toppings offered no bite, and the presentation was questionable. The jalapenos were fresh from the grocery store, so they tasted like green pepper. I prefer pickled hot jalapeno slices to add some flavor. The salsa and guacamole were dull.
The service was awesome. Our server was beyond kind, as she validated my free garlic fingers promo for downloading the app, and she also agreed to give us a full discount for the nachos, although the promo code did not appear on the app.
