Pulled into The Camphouse while traveling – GREAT CHOICE. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The food was AWESOME – I had their burger with fries…both were excellent. All said, the view is worth the stop – plus a terrific meal and friendly people…why wouldn’t ya go here?!?!?!

Our family’s first time in the area to explore Diamondhead. We decided to dine here based on good reviews we’ve seen online. Really enjoyed our lunch. Our server Janson was amazing!

I’ve eaten a lot of seafood over the years with many restaurants to visit along the coast. If you’ve not had a chance to eat at The Camphouse, you are missing out on a good meal. Janson was great and very attentive during our lunch. The view of the marsh and the Bay of St. Louis was a bonus watching wildlife and boaters heading out to the Gulf Coast. Great hidden gem off interstate 10 in Diamondhead, MS. I highly recommended and looking forward to visiting again soon!

OH MY GOODNESS! The food here is AMAZING!! Everything we tried was delicious! We are not from the area and were just passing through and oh my, I am so glad we did! I would travel just to come eat here! ( a little over 2 hours away)

The only thing better than the food, was the service! Jasmine was our waitress and she so so knowledgeable and sooooooo sweet! Very attentive and one of the best servers!

Seriously, do yourself a favor and eat here!

We had a good lunch. The waitress seemed to maybe be responsible for too many tables because she wasn’t very attentive. She was very pleasant and helpful when she did stop by our table, though. We ate outside, which provided gorgeous scenery, but the gnats were out and kept getting into our drinks. Had to ask for lids. It is a beautiful place, with nice people, and delicious food. Definitely will go again.

Food was delicious and it definitely has a nice atmosphere! Servers were very nice and courteous. It is a hidden gem in Mississippi for a nice afternoon dinner with your significant other. The oyster sampler platter is a must!

Nice waterfront restaurant with peaceful views and good service. A bit on the pricey side for what they offer, but I imagine some of what you’re paying for is the atmosphere.
Food was on theme and alright. The Camphouse platter was plenty to share, and a good representation of the items available. The batter was light and crispy, enjoyable until it got soggy.
Smoked tuna dip was alright, felt liked not much more than a tuna salad with crackers. Will not be getting that again.
King Cake cheese cake was a fun way to celebrate the occasion. Unfortunately was dry and hard to eat, icing was overly sweet.
A nice experience, can make for a good casual date night.

This place has great food and Janson (the redhead waitress) is phenomenal!! My only gripe with this place is they advertised craft beer at 5.00 a pint and when we got the bill they charged us 6.00 per beer, when I asked, they said they forgot to change the sign. I figured they would honor the listed price but they didn’t. So not cool!

We visit here once a year and get the charbroiled oysters. They are so delicious. We also sit outside because it’s got a great view. Our server was wonderful and even though they were short staffed that evening the service was exceptional.

Went in on a Wednesday. Hamburger was good, Bread pudding was not the best. Oysters were good. Mushrooms were ok. Waitress was really nice and good. View is great, worth the visit and will come back again with friends and family because of hamburgers and view… Elevator is not working, staff said it’s only been down a couple of days. 32 steps upstairs to get to the restraunt.. view is worth it in my mind.
