We stayed at the Omni for four nights and had four breakfasts at The Camper. First of all, I’d like to say that the staff are incredibly friendly and pleasant. The hostesses, servers, and managers truly provide a very high level of service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy, and we really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace.

A huge thumbs up for the prices, they’re very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes.
A big thumbs down for the speed of service. Every time we came for breakfast, we waited 30–50 minutes for the food, although the coffee was brought out very quickly.

Over the four days, we had the chance to try a variety of dishes:

Steak & Eggs – 4/10. I asked for medium rare but it was served medium well. It took 25 minutes to remake, and the meat had an unpleasant smell, so it was impossible to eat. The eggs and potatoes were tasty.

Avocado Toast – 6/10.

Oatmeal – 2/10. It was cold when it was brought out and had lumps.

French Toast – 7/10. Overall tasty, but there’s too much bread and very little cream.

Cinnamon Roll – 10/10. Absolutely delicious! It’s served hot.

Bison Hash – 8/10. I ordered it twice, the first time it was a 10/10, the second time it was very under-seasoned.

Vegetables with Tofu – 0/10. Honestly, just awful The vegetables were sour and the dish seriously lacks seasoning.

Pancakes – 6/10.

Eggs Benedict – 8/10. The sauce was very tasty and the presentation was interesting.

We’re so blown away by this hotel and its restaurants. The Camper’s food was all bumped up several notches. We stayed 3 days and and had brunch here every morning. The highlights for us were the skillet sweet roll, the baked eggs skillet, and the Honeybee drink. We had the Benedict and it was fine, but the bison hash and steak and eggs were better. Our server Charisse was so sweet and kind.

Excellent stop for breakfast, try the pancake combos or the eggs with bacon (Colorado breakfast). Only trouble is reuse; they use their pub fries as home fries, and the same fruit salad as in the dinner place, so you’ll experience repeats if you have multiple meals in the hotel.

Great breakfast and brunch. Reasonably priced especially with the portions you get. The service was amazing and lots of options to choose from especially for a hotel restaurant!

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and engaging! I had the minute steak and it was juicy, tender and flavorful! The bottomless mimosa deal was amazing at only 18$! The house squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice made for some delicious beverages. Will be coming back soon!

Excited to learn about this new breakfast restaurant in the Omni from their business travel sales manager. The breakfast burrito with local Colorado green chili was a deliciously flavorful way to start my day! With its warm and inviting atmosphere, the winter charm of this modern Camp-themed restaurant envelops you in a cozy embrace as you enjoy a delightful meal.

Went here with my wife and son for brunch. When we arrived there were 3 or 4 other tables mostly 2 tops and 1 group of guys. My wife ordered the breakfast burrito which the menu says has pork shoulder but there was absolutely no meat in the burrito. It was also bland and spicy at the same time. I ordered crispy bacon and was served half cooked bacon. When I finally got crispy bacon it was clearly just tossed in the deep fryer and forgotten about. Eggs and potatoes were excessively greasy. There were a ton of people working for how slow the service was and there were 2 women working that kept glaring at my 1 year old and I like we offended them just by existing. Being a local I can tell you there are many better breakfast and brunch options in the area and this place is not worth the time or over priced food they serve. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

So I cannot express how delighted I am with everything about this place! I have had steak and eggs a million times but you have not had steak and eggs till you’ve had them here! They don’t have steak knives because their steak is butter and you will not need them. The French shirred eggs are to die for! The servers here are all kind gracious and perfectly efficient. We had Devin our first day here and this morning we got Aubrey! Just fantastic!!! Thank you guys for a perfect dining experience ♥️

Customer service goes a long way. I have been here a few times it’s been great. But trying to plan a girls day was ruined. We pull up and are told we have to park BLOCKS down at some random apartment complex then HIKE to the hotel if we wanted to keep our reservation. Supposedly there was a “shuttle” but we saw groups of people walking. If your whole entire parking lot is closed and you have random women turning everyone away WHY is it not posted on the hotel website OR COMMUNICATED at time of reservation. I made this reservation weeks ago the staff had plenty of time to call me or send a message communicating the shut down. Unfortunately we did not feel like hiking for brunch and decided to go elsewhere.
