I had a pecan praline king cake. Texture is fluffy and dreamy. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a cakier King Cake. Its filling has a deep and rich flavour. Not too sweet, very distinct, which homemade pecan praline cakes often fail to capture. Each facet feels made using careful and expert consideration. Also including a knife and a cute message was a really charming touch!
