My wife and I stopped here for breakfast. Don’t be fooled, when you pull into the location, there are no signs on the building for the cafe. It just looks like a professional office building. Go through the front door, the cafe is straight ahead and on the right. Very friendly staff and great views of the golf course. My wife had the Mediterranean sandwich with sliced turkey. The croissant was flaky and delicious. The pesto was fabulous and was a generous amount. Make sure you know what Turkish coffee is before you order it, it’s authentically made with the grounds. The specialty coffee and tea drinks are fabulous. My wife had the chia tea latte and it was one of the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Great place to enjoy The View….quite literally. Gorgeous location and great atmosphere in the shop. Friendly staff.member present who helped us. Our coffee was not what we expected from a breve latte. It tasted more of a drip coffee with foam rather than an espresso. Disappointing but we did enjoy the view. It sits on adjacent to a golf course.

*Hidden Gem Alert*…but literally…this cafe sits inside of a beautiful commercial building, towards the back. The View is actually breathtaking, you can see the golf course, look at the beautiful scenery, all while enjoying a coffee, or lunch.
So…okay, the view is great, true to its name.
The variety of coffee is actually astounding, the variety of food, different diverse dishes was absolutely surprising.

Wow that was fantastic. Everything was a home run. Ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. Iced latte actually had foamed milk not just milk poured in from the carton and the flavor of the espresso was phenomenal. Also had a delightfully tangy kale and pineapple smoothie. A perfect breakfast. Thank you so much can’t wait to come back ! Beyond worth the short walk into the office complex.

We were a party size of 10 , there this morning for breakfast to celebrate our daughter’s birthday ! This place is a hidden gem in Lakemary / Heathrow/ Sanford area ! Loved the cozy ambience and the best view !
They even got us a surprise birthday cake with candle for my daughter , that made it extra special!
The girls ordered a variety of breakfast items and coffee and we ordered croissants and chai latte and they were too good !

Super cute coffee shop. The woman that works there told me she makes everything from scratch. She was very sweet and obviously extremely hard-working. This café may be a bit out of the way, but it has a gorgeous view as well. Support your local coffee shop, don’t walk, run to the café view!

This is the best addition to the Lake Mary/Heathrow area! I’m so happy I found this cafe! Everything is so nice and clean! The aesthetics of this establishment will leave you breathless! The view of the lake and the nature elements are a great complement to the delicious food! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They truly care about making their customers’ visits as memorable as the amazing food. As soon as you walk in, you receive a warm welcome. The menu has so many healthy and tasty options. From creamy and delicious smoothies to colorful and well crafted lattes, they have it all! They have the best Baklava ever! It’s a must try! I can’t wait until my next visit!

This cafe is located inside the M/I Homes Office Building on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of the pond with a shaded Oak Tree outdoor dining area as well as table seating indoors.
This cafe is a convenience for office workers, with sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast, coffee and baked goods. However, the meal we enjoyed could easily have been made at home, offering no reason to visit outside of convenience of someone working there.
The beef quesadilla described sliced beef which I imaged to be, you know, sliced pieces of steak. Instead it was sliced roast beef lunch meat inside the shredded cheese quesadilla. I felt a little bamboozled by that. I’ve never had lunch meat inside a quesadilla.
It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I expected from the reviews and pictures. We drove an hour to eat here, unfortunately.

Great little spot. Got the Turkish coffee with baklava and a Greek omelette. Everything was fresh and tasty, came out very quickly, and the staff was super helpful. Beautiful view of the golf course too. If you are in the area, come find this hidden gem, you won’t regret it.
