Buffy is amazing!! This place is such a local gem. The food and drinks are all fabulous. The laundry machines/area are very well cleaned and maintained as well, and the customer bathroom is well stocked and smelling fresh. Absolutely my new favorite place for laundry! Where else can you drink and have a meal or snack while you wait for your loads to finish?

Attended a 3 course tasting as part of a dueling chef competition for Restaurant Week. Chef Brendan put together a fresh and flavorful menu featuring crab salad and local Maine haddock as the stars. The homemade caper beurre blanc sauce was so delicious, it left me wanting more!

More amazing than the freshly made raspberry vinaigrette and the roasted local haddock was the fact it was prepared and served at LaundrYup – the laundrymat and fine dining establishment that has an amazing menu plus you can wash your clothes too.

You’d never believe there was a laundromat as cute as this place until you saw it. Ordered an Italian Mac n cheese while I waited for my laundry. Turns out, the only thing that makes it “Italian” was the only thing I’m actually very allergic to! My bad for ordering something without asking what was in it. When they learned about my allergy they asked me questions and offered many other things to replace the meal I’d bought. So sweet! Thank you guys! Grilled cheese was delicious!!!

If you are going to visit this laundromat, CALL FIRST!! On google, it says that they are open at 9am. This is seldom true. I cannot count how many times that I have loaded up heavy loads of laundry and walked there, only to see a sign on the door about some ridiculous reason that they are closed until whenever they decide to open. This is fine, BUT LET PEOPLE KNOW, CHANGE YOUR GOOGLE HOURS, DO SOMETHING!!! Sometimes if you call, they will be open at 9, and tell you to stop calling because they always open at 9. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!! They do this all the time and waste peoples time and energy with zero regard for their customers. They’re food is decent at best, and way over-priced. Drinks are over-priced as well.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Was in the other day for yummy breakfast and to do a few loads of laundry. Not only is the vibe great and homey, but the staff is incredibly warm and helpful. I had an issue with the laundry and they were super attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The regulars who hang out are also fun, good place to hang out and meet people whether you are doing laundry or not 🙂

Really nice place, I was worried about coming in when they open on a saturday because they have a small parking lot and not many washers but it was just me and a few other people. Food was good. However, they havent updated their hours on google in about 4 weeks and it has changed since then. I think they open at 10 now, not 9.

Came for the special 3 course meal, it was excellent, from the cucumber and crab, the fresh greens tossed with raspberry vinaigrette with feta, cranberries and walnuts to the delicious fresh haddock sautéed over spinach and garlic mashed potatoes with caper beurre blanc sauce it made for a great dining experience. And the service and ambiance were great as well. I highly recommend a visit.
