Decent food, great service, and interesting ambiance made for an overall good dining experience.
Their onion rings are definitely homemade — not the kind someone pours out of a frozen bag to heat up. I just wish they had fry sauce to dip into — had to get by with the ketchup that was on the table.
My wife’s BLT sandwich was worthy of 5 stars with plenty of bacon and fixings! My Patty Melt was “middle of the road” just ok.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at the log cabin. Had the chicken basket and fries. To be honest I could have skipped the chicken and just had them fries really good fries. The chicken on the other had even though a healthy portion was lacking flavor and was just a very simple fried chicken. I seen a few other dishes come out that looked pretty good and the place was packed so that’s a great sign. From today I 100% recommend getting something others than chicken combed with those fries!
A great selection of taps so there you go. I recommend you give it a try.

I can see why you’re looking for help. Pork tenderloin used to be your forte’. I wouldn’t have brought this over pounded piece of meat to any table. Two buns are sufficient. Needing 4 so thin the breading was thicker than the meat is unacceptable. Just gross…too expensive to eat at your place for the quality. Won’t be back.

Short a cook when we went but staff let everyone know food would be slow coming out. Service was still attentive. Food was well prepared and tasty. Bonus points for using Rotella bread on their “hot” sandwiches. Hot beef is cooked in-house and sliced thin. Was very lean so more bonus points.

Informed the staff I had a corn allergy. So I got grilled chicken and mashed potatoes to be safe.
Mashed potatoes were instant, tasteless, and contained corn. Had a bad reaction, but luckily didn’t need my pen. Wouldn’t recommend to people with food allergies.

Busy place on a Saturday night, had a really fun vibe! There were families and groups of all ages. They have a pool table and darts, but I can see that area getting crowded pretty easily. Only drawback was they couldn’t/wouldn’t get the Iowa football game so that was a bummer.

Food is delish for ‘bar food.’ Chicken was cooked perfectly and moist! I removed bottom bun as it was soggy from all the chicken moisture. Veggies were crisp and fresh!
Like a lot of restaurants currently, short staffed. I gave it 4-stars because we waited an extremely long time for two grilled chicken sandwhich and fries. The ladies working we’re doing their best – but everyone had to wait a long time – over an hour from entering to exiting.
The to-go order came in after us and left before we even had our food. Everyone is on their lunch hour, and staffing is short, just tell customers as soon as you greet them times will be longer than normal. We would’ve gone somewhere else since we had limited time.
Also, we looked online at the menu. Prices need updated (new menu) as they don’t reflect what the actual menu prices are.
Will return when we have more time.
