Great tasting crab meat salad sandwich and perfectly prepared onion rings. Our table had a beautiful view of Marina and Lake, however meal took over an hour to be served after a 10 minute wait to be seated

4 star food. 2 star service. 5 star atmosphere. 2 stars is a leap. Some are pretentious and rude, and some are smiling and kind. Dont ask for anything if you have the wrong person and don’t ask someone for something that’s not your waiter that you have been waiting on forever. You will apparently offend the older ladies that work the bar. There are only a couple and all are rude. Kinda inconsistent, but they do deal with some a holes here and there, so it is what it is. Food is slow or fast sometimes but pretty good regardless. Atmosphere is lake and all types of people so it’s great. They shut down if any lightning, which is a safe and good idea, but knowing weather ahead of time helps. Lighthouse doesn’t but gets crowded when Cabana shuts down. Def go once if your pulling up in a boat. Not sure I’d eat there, not on the lake (like a drive up). Some cool skies there (pics).

Took almost 15 mins to get service after we were sat. Had to flag down server to get refills on beer. Nachos were ok at best. Were luke warm and chips were already soggy. Tried the smoked wings. If they were smoked, you couldn’t tell. The sampler was definitely not worth the $16 price tag. The 6 fried shrimp were popcorn shrimp, the mini crab cakes were nothing but fried cream cheese as that was all you taste, and the fried pickles were decent, but you only get maybe 10 of those. Will probably not be back for the food. May just start there for drinks and eat somewhere else. At least there was a view to enjoy.

Having been in the industry for over 35 years, this is one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Started out with the margarita. It was perfectly balanced. All the right notes.
I have the appetizers of the deviled eggs as well as the, fried green tomatoes. Crisp tomatoes, on a lovely pimento cheese base. The deviled eggs were on point!
We had the fillet and the Greer mac & cheese, as well as steam broccoli. Steam broccoli seems like a very simple meal, however, for it to be perfectly tender, you have to be careful that it does not turn to gray. It was super bright green, and very tender. The fillet was cooked to a mid rare and was on the exact temperature correctly. It was well seasoned and you could tell that it was well taken care of. The service was outstanding and it was a wonderful meal.
We had a very late lunch or a super early dinner because we came in at 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday. Which sometimes could be very difficult to run because you’re breaking down from your brunch menu and you’re setting up your dinner menu. It’s hard to execute sometimes as it is during a rush.the service was on point and everything was tremendous. The views were wonderful and you can see the lakes from both sides. Highly recommend this.

Hubby and I took the boat out for date night. Pretty much the only option right now to grab libations and a bite on Lake Keowee. We enjoyed a few drinks and buffalo wings . Lively atmosphere, classic rock music, dock hand, and fresh squeezed orange juice. We had a nice time! Thanks!

Had a late lunch around 1pm on a Saturday. Tied up the boat at the dock and were seated immediately upon walking up.
The atmosphere was lively, an older crowd of lake house retirees. Maybe that’s why the service was perfect?
Our waiter was all business; speaking w/o frills and not interrupting. He was quick to receive requests & delivered w/ the same speed.
Nice to be treated like you’re not in the way.
For lunch & drinks; The Cabana’s your stop.

Very lively venue with reasonable prices for food and drinks. Jordan was a great bartender and Diane was wonderful as she put up with my messing around with her about the menu and why my visiting brother got the opportunity to pay for our drinks and meals instead of me as host. Our group was all very happy with their meals, and Britain(sp?) was very friendly and helped us loosen our lines and back out of the dock. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

I was taken to the Cabana@ the Lighthouse for a special occasion. This place was amazing! The Cabana is waterfront dining, outdoors. The pictures I submitted were from our table. Breathtaking views! The menu is limited at the Cabana compared to the indoor Lighthouse restaurant. The Cabana is a more relaxed atmosphere than the indoor dining. Casual dress, a few cocktails, great food and environment made this a great day out. There were a few sports fans ( who possibly had a few too many cocktails ) shouting for Clemson Tigers, too. With Covid restrictions in place, I felt the staff was very accommodating. We had masked up before entry. Upon being seated, we were able to remove our masks and dine as usual. I would highly recommend this place. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff were top notch!

My husband, myself and a couple of friends waited patiently for a slip to park our boat. Once a slip opened, the deck hand was so helpful and polite. We also had our Yorki with us which is a registered service dog. We asked as we entered and were told as long as we did not sit at the bar with her she was welcome. As my husband held her back away from the bar me and my friends stepped up to order drinks. The bartender was less than enthusiastic to take our order to the point he was annoyed that he even had to help us. Our drinks were simple. Nothing fancy. One of my friends asked if she could have several limes with hers. The bartender snapped at her and said only if she was actually going to use them by squeezing them into her drink and not just allowing them to float. He was very rude and demeaning. We then proceeded to an open table. Once there we were told we could t sit there because of our dog, even though another dog was sitting two tables down and we were not at the bar. I moved again and left my friends and again I was approached and said my chair was in the wrong place and we couldn’t sit there either. I was kind of blown away by how rude everyone was and the fact that she is a service animal and was kept in the designated area we were told when we entered. The staff all seemed like they only wanted to help their regular customers and we felt extremely unwelcome. We left without ordering food.
