Eat Well Travel Often
The gravy was great, biscuits were good, eggs were fine, bacon was also good (although on our receipt it looked like they charged an extra $5 b/c we requested the bacon be cooked extra crispy), mimosa and coffee were both nice, as well. The potatoes were the only thing we wouldn’t order again (hard little pieces with no flavor). Overall, nice breakfast.

I really enjoyed my time here the two times I’ve visited. The staff were respectful and friendly and give great recommendations. It did take a little while to get my food, but if you’re not in a rush, definitely swing by. It has great food and it feels very relaxed. My personal favorite is the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. My mom gets the blueberry lemon pancakes too and highly suggests giving them a try.

Definitely a great breakfast location in NWA. Staff is always fast and friendly. The managers are always willing to help make things right even for the smallest issues which are rare. They have delicious gravy, but the star of the show comes down to their biscuits or chicken. I’ll definitely have to give their pancakes another shot as this last time left me wanting more from them. Overall a great place for a tasty meal.

Horrible experience all around! Made reservations which clearly didn’t make a difference! Had to wait 35 minutes after we arrived even though our reservation indicated a 0 wait time once we checked in. Waited another 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge us once we were seated. Had to flag down a worker and ask if we could please get a drink and place our order. Food took over 40 minutes to come out. All of this would have been somewhat easier to digest if someone would have just came over and explained there was a delay and reason for lack of service. No one ever even came over to offer us a refill of water, offer a coffee or even bring a simple biscuit over while we waited. We were there almost a total of 2 hours! Unacceptable and may have been worth it if the food was better than subpar, but sadly it was not! Will never go back nor recommend to anyone! Do better, Management!

stopped by after an appointment- it super cute inside! we ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and they were so good, and we ordered a blt-a and got a chicken bacon wrap instead. not what we wanted, took forever to flag down our waitress, and we didn’t want to wait longer so i asked for avocado on the side- getting the avocado legitimately took 10 minutes and we were still charged- i paid in cash it was 31.25 and they round cash to up the nearest dollar? so it was $32 for a wrong order- we were there for over an hour

I started writing this review at the 50 minute mark of waiting on my food. The table that sat as we did had theirs, but they also got it in several waves, which would be pretty indicative of the disarray in the kitchen process. I do know they ordered their full meal while we were ordering appetizers (yummy beignets). Their full meal still took less time than our appetizer did to reach the table. This is not typical for our experience. We were waiting 15-20 minutes for our waitress to come back to take our order at one point. She never made it back with the extra napkins we requested by the time we finished eating our meal. The food was great! We are big fans of Buttered Biscuit and visit the other locations frequently. This location, while extremely close to my office is not likely to get a repeat visit from us. The others are far more efficient and even friendly. The staff here were very busy and inconsistent. For instance, the waitress who seemed to forget us at times spent several minutes laughing and bantering with the table beside us. This was, of course while we were waiting on the napkins.

Breakfast/Brunch on Sunday could not have been any better. We went with group of 8 and arrived just before 10 and had no issues getting a table at all. Our server was so courteous and pleasant. We ordered a couple of Bloody Mary’s and a Mimosa and several sodas. The drinks were ok but not the best I have had, but this is not a bar so my expectations were not super high. The bacon/avocado eggs benedict were delicious. We all tried different things off the menu, several different eggs benedicts were tasted. Biscuits are giant and so yummy! We all enjoyed everything to the fullest. The portions are more than enough and I would go back in a heartbeat!

The server was very polite and pleasant the atmosphire is nice and it smells good. The waffles have a very good texture and consistancy, the chicken was cooked well I just wish it was a bit more spicy. Overall a good experience that id recommend .
