We went for the first time this evening, and everything was perfect. Our server Mike was warm, friendly, and engaging. All of the mocktails were delicious, and the food was even better than we’d hoped. We had the linguine a la pesto with chicken (the photo shows a half portion because they served it in two bowls for us), the schnitzel, and the filet mignon. For dessert we had the crème brûlée and the Marquis cake. We can easily recommend it all. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and portion sizes were perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Me and my partner went here and I can confidently say it was the best dinner date spot we’ve tried yet! The atmosphere was amazing and the service was awesome. Our waiter Kevin made our experience so personalized and special. The food and drinks were delicious as well as reasonably priced for a fancy experience. 5 out of 5 I highly recommend this restaurant!

Went for brunch today, first-timers and it was wonderful!
Delicious, great atmosphere… Our party ordered a signature mimosa, Caesar, waffle and fried chicken, coquette and brisket sliders. For dessert, creme brulée and pastry with fruit filling.
We will definitely be back to try out the dinner courses next time!

Our evening from start to finish was splendid! Kevin our server was very welcoming, passionate, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very delicious! I had the duck confit and you can tell they prepare their food with care and love. The flavours paired really well all together. Thank you chef Alvaro for the amazing food and you were gracious enough to come greet us to our table. We had an enjoyable evening. Will definitely come back in the near future with my family and friends.

I think Kevin our server was the best part. He made us laugh and feel welcome. The food was absolutely incredible and speaks for itself. We had an excellent experience at TBW, celebrating a retirement in our family as a party of 20. The communication in advance of the reservation exceeded my expectations, especially after I added additional heads to our reso twice on the day of the event. Dan was so easy to communicate with and ensure we had the best table set up on the 2nd floor. The service was great, we had multiple servers making sure everyone was taken care of. We had been to TBW many times in the past however we were impressed that the service and food quality was not compromised at all due to the size of our party. As always, the food was top notch. Finally, the staff provided a space in the back room so I could change my baby as they do not have change tables in their bathrooms.

Stopped in here for brunch today and extremely happy we did! The food was absolutely amazing. Our Waiter and the bartender were professional, friendly and wonderful to deal with. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Would definitely recommend the butchers wife!

The Butcher’s Wife offers an elevated dining experience in Pembroke that’s hard to beat. The dishes are packed with flavour. I had the schnitzel which was perfectly crispy and delicious, and the seafood pasta was full of rich, fresh flavours. The ambiance is welcoming, and the service was excellent. I grew up in Pembroke and now travel through here for work, and I’m happy I have a place to take my parents out for a nice dinner. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a great meal in town.

We had an outstanding experience at The Butcher’s Wife! We were blown away by the service, cozy contemporary atmosphere, the curated selection of wines and the delicious menu! We enjoyed lamb chops, seafood, steak and desserts! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and spent time talking with us and showing us the restaurant! We will be highly recommending them to everyone! It’s a must go!

We went there one night and I had the Rib Eye steak and my friend had the pork Tomahawk. For starters we had steak tartar. Everything was delicious. Probably the best steak I’ve had in the area. Superb experience.
