I’m a little overdue on this, but better than never.
I got to visit when on a work trip. I was there just as they were making the transition from Keane’s to The Burren. I had a great time. The staff were very cool, the regulars too. The kitchen wasn’t up and running yet, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m going to 5 start the food for now as the lads don’t deserve to have their average dragged down.
I’m looking forward to getting back there on my next trip to NY and seeing all the changes.

The Burren food is amazing. I’m so grateful for their ramen, spice bag & delicious burgers. The Burren is a solid neighborhood establishment with consistently excellent service.

Very nice place, our waitress was super friendly with cute Irish accent. The menu does not have many Irish items but we could find two (Shepherd’s pie and Irish breakfast) that tasted very good. We were there on Sunday late afternoon and we enjoyed lovely Irish live music. Very nice experience, would definitely come back if in area!

3.5- I recently moved to the area and I decided to give this place a try on Sunday afternoon after reading reviews. I called the number on the post and placed my order with a gentleman. He gave me 25 minutes. I get there right at the 25 min mark and the young lady working the bar said that she had just received my order. The owner, who’s number is on the site, was not working at the moment and had just forwarded the order to the lady working at the bar. I waited an additional 25 minutes. I was really hoping the wait was worth it, which according to me family the food was really good. We ordered burgers and hot wings. The hot wings were actually my favorite part of the order. They were really crispy, just how I like them. The fries that came with the burger orders were also delicious. The burger- I’m not so sure I liked it. Overall, I think based on this first experience a 3.5 stars fitting.

Great small bar with good bites as well including the Gaelic burger and taco fries. They regularly have live music too along with several TVs to watch sports. Be warned though, it’s CASH ONLY.

nice bar but bouncer was super rude. went there for st patricks day with my mom, some family, and a few friends. he let half of our party just walk right in, but when it got to me and my friends he demanded vaccine cards and IDs. then tried to tell us “no out of staters”??? when my mom came out to ask us what was wrong he let us go in because “we had an adult with us”?? we were all 26 and up and I just don’t understand why he was giving us such a hard time and being so rude about it. I don’t know, just put a bad taste in my mouth and made us not want to spend any money there.
