The service was friendly, but unfortunately the overall experience was not enjoyable. It was disappointing to find some hair in my sandwich, and I also noticed that one of the staff members was not wearing gloves, which was concerning. Sadly, this was my first and will be my last visit. I hope this feedback helps improve hygiene standards in the future

Tried Burger Priest and ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with a poutine. The burger itself tasted good. Juicy and flavorful, though a touch heavy on the seasoning. One strip of bacon was a bummer.
The poutine was average. The fries were fine, but the cheese curds melted instantly, so it lost that squeak you expect.
Overall, not a bad meal and the burger flavor carried it, but the details (bacon, curds) didn’t quite live up to expectations.

I ordered from the Burgers Priest about 5 times in the last 1 1/2 month. I was impressed with their poutine. I am from Quebec so this means a lot! Other than that I really like their fries and the OG cheeseburger. I had an unfortunate experience where I didn’t do well with the national Hebrew hot dog. I wrote to them later and received a letter of apology and a gift card to make up for it which was very nice. The atmosphere inside is nice and it’s clean.

This place has excellent customer service and burgers. I went in because my co-worker bought me a burger from here 2 weeks ago and i didnt know the name, i just remembered the taste of the sauce. Pawan was very friendly and gave me different sauces to taste so I could land on the burger that i liked. I found it!!! Its called the holy smokes and has deception sauce on it. Must try!!! 10/10 customer service.

Service was decent at the till. Location a little rough being downtown. I felt that whoever was doing the cooking could use some additional training on food handling and presentation. The Vatican was a little disappointing, while the meat was cooked perfectly and flavourful, the grilled cheese top and bottom buns felt and tasted like it was sitting for a bit as the cheese inside was hardend. Not to mention they were stingy on the lettuce and tomato. Got a hotdog for the kids and it was rolled as tight as a cigar and compressed the bun into a chewy wrap. Not impressed. Poutine was awesome though, tons of gravy and curds and on fresh cut fries, non of that coated crap. It was as close as it gets to a proper poutine. Maybe an off day as previous visits were much better.

This “priest” just brought me back to life. You know that feeling when food is so good it makes you almost emotional because you don’t want it to end? That’s exactly what this was!!!
Tried Vatican and OG Cheeseburger, both were incredible. If it’s your first time, get the Vatican and come hungry. Good portions, fair prices, and hands down one of the best burgers in Edmonton. Keep up the good work!

We celebrated with a birthday the evening we went and the staff were lovely. Everyone at the table got a free cookie and the birthday girl for a free shake. Burgers were very tasty.
