Went here to see the baseball playoffs. It’s a little bit of a dive. More a watering hole than an eatery. We plowed through it but not really our kind of hangout. The people were very nice and we did enjoy ourselves. We watched the game, had a couple of drinks and ordered cheese curds which were good. A 4.5 experience.

Great burgers and highly recommend the green chili burger. We sat outside on the patio with our dogs. You can hear the noise from the traffic on the road but it’s not too bad. You order and pay inside and they will bring your food out to you.

BEST CHEESE CURDS my wife and I have ever had, and she’s from Minnesota. The bacon jam they pair them with is delicious.
They really put the SWEET in sweet potato fries as well, with a light coating of brown sugar. After tasting them I left dumbfounded why more restaurants don’t do that.
Beer selection is great with reasonable prices. Service was great as well.
My only MINOR critiques would be the burger, which was a little dry, and that they need to offer small vs large sizing for the cheese curds.

Stopped in while in town. We had a fantastic meal that was served quick. The onion rings are outstanding. Gotta try ‘em’! Burgers were great across the board! I would recommend this spot to anyone. We had our pups with us and sat outside on the patio.

It has improved a lot from how it’s been the last couple of years since it sold, but the food is still super slow to come out even with very few people there. The level of the food isn’t what it used to be under the original ownership, but the fish and chips was decent with good cole slaw.

I like this place but the food wasn’t as good as I remember from a few years ago. The “hot” burger wasn’t really that spicy in my opinion, nor was the spicy chicken sandwich. The wings were really good though. Nice beer selection as well.

I am working in town and Decided to stop by the Burger Stand.
Let me tell you this was one of the best decision I made since coming to Taos.
The environment, the tunes, the food the beer and the bartenders were all on Point. I’m a 94 Baby and the vibes here perfectly fit. The music and the atmosphere was on point give yall a pat on the back cause this experience was amazing.
I shall come back with more of my crew next time thank you Burger Stand.

Awesome burgers and the onion rings were made with beer batter made them so delicious. The parmesam truffle French fries are great! Don’t forget to try the different sauces they have out for you. It is a bar too so that is the only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 star (not my gig). Not much parking but there is some street parking. Open every day 11-10. Outdoor seating also. People are super friendly! They have highchairs too! Handicap parking up front
