Stepping inside and asking about the gluten-free options, we learned they were out of gluten-free burger buns but could do a burger with no bun. We asked about the fries. At first they told us that they are gluten-free, but when asked further found out that they were fried in a shared fryer with fried chicken and other glutenous fried food. We ordered the green chili cheese burger and the smoke burger with no buns and no fries. Both orders came out with fries. The burgers were delicious. We took Gluten Ease before our meals and didn’t feel sick afterward.

we got the classic burger. it was the most forgettable burger. the ingredients individually seemed like quality ingredients (good beef, fresh lettuce tomato onions pickles) but very poorly executed and also was a total grease bomb. each bite i took made grease gush down my fingers to my wrist and drip everywhere. also they sliced the tomatoes and onions so thick that the overall burger was so thick, i needed to unhinge my jaw just to bite into it. would not come back and would not recommend. not sure why it has the good ratings it does. the parmesan truffle fries were super mid too.

The Burger was okay, the patties were a good size and tasty enough, not too salty.
The bun could have been better toasted, it ended up getting soggy rather quickly. Nothing else to say about it.
The tomatoes and lettuce seemed average. Tomatoes were a bit more limp than I’d like.
My main gripe about this burger is that I asked for pickles. They served SWEET pickles. Who in their right mind puts sweet pickles on a burger? And even if you thought that was forgiveable, why wouldn’t you alert the customer when it’s ordered? My understanding is most people do not like sweet pickles.
Because of the sweet pickles the flavor of the burger was all off. With the pickles removed I’d give the burger 2.5/5. If I had properly sour and salty pickles I’d give the burger 3/5.
The fries could have been better. Some of them seemed unpleasant, like they’d been sitting around.
Overall I wouldn’t eat here again.

Ummm. The good, the burger was large. I liked that part. The fries were good. Now, the bad. There weren’t many fries, in my opinion. I like juicy good burgers, but this burger got soggy, mushy real fast, and it was just a mess and fell apart. It was pretty wet/soaked. Which was a no no for me. Could’ve been the bun being so soft/fluffy and couldn’t hold the burger altogether. For the 18 bucks I dropped on it. It wasn’t worth it. But the guy at the bar was friendly. Overall it was meh/okay. I was hungry and it wasn’t too busy so I gave it a go.

A good burger joint very close to the square in Santa Fe. I like a lot of what they do here. They carry quality local beers, and serve high quality food. Sunday afternoon service isn’t the fastest but they get it done. You order at the counter and get a number for your table. The duck fat fries I had were tasty and correctly cooked. Same with the green Chile burger, very well cooked (medium well) and flavorful, just enough kick to it. Did I mention they have milkshakes as well? This location has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating that extends into Burro alley, very pleasant.

We walked by this place and could smell the burgers and it drew us in. The place seemed pretty cool with an indoor bar area and seating area as well as an outdoor area. It wasn’t that packed, although there were plenty of customers sitting down eating and standing in line to order. The service was good, but I was disappointed they didn’t tell us the wait time for food when we were ordering. It took us about 50 minutes to get our food from the time it was ordered. I’m assuming it was because they were short staffed, but a courtesy heads up would have been great. The staff was friendly and really trying to be accommodating, but I just don’t think they had enough people working to meet the demand. Overall, the burgers were pretty good and they do have a selection of draft beers. I wish they had more sodas to choose from. One other thing is it’s cold sitting outside, but the heat burning lamps weren’t working. Apparently out of propane. They’ll need to fire these up again. Overall, the rating was based off this experience, but I’m pretty sure if I went when they were fully staffed it would’ve been higher.

I recently visited The Burger Stand in Santa Fe, NM. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the food, the location is excellent, making it easily accessible. The decor is impressive, creating a pleasant atmosphere for diners. They offer a fantastic IPA selection, and I particularly enjoyed the 7K IPA. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the bartender’s serious demeanor, which could benefit from some customer service training to enhance the overall experience.

Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan. Visiting from GA, I guess I am used ro a certain hospitality. We walked in and the lady looked like she hated us. She barely acknowledged us at 1st. While my kids studied the menu, I went looking for somewhere else to eat. When I came back, they were already ordering, so, I did too. A drink, burger, and fries $22. That is ridiculous. My kids were $25 and $24. It wasnt worth it. We ate outside, now that was beautiful.

There was only one server working, but he was working his little tail off. The food and service were excellent! My friends and I stopped in while traveling and I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick and tasty burger!
