We love The Burger Shop!! Delicious and the perfect place to bring kids. My boys loved their burgers and hot dogs and the fries were perfect. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was fresh, had the perfect amount of dressing and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The real treat, though was the thick shakes. Definitely a must. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and the restaurant theme is so much fun. Kids will love the arcade games and taking pictures with Elvis and Marilyn. We look forward to returning to try more of the awesome menu.

I went to The Burger Shop last night for my fist time since moving to the community and right away I fell in love with the atmosphere. It’s decorated in a retro burger shop decor and it just has a great vibe to it . The STAFF were all super kind ! A great group of guys working that night !! The food just topped off the whole experience! The food was fresh , delicious and the portions you get for the price are insanely good ! They have a new regular customer in me and I have found a favorite new spot !!! Highly recommend a visit !!!

Visited The Burger Shop today and had the best experience. I had the New York Hot Dog and Funnel Cake Fries with the Vanilla Shake. Everything was delicious. The 50’s Theme is so Adorable and is so well done with some of my favorites Elvis and Marilyn. I recommend you drop in and Enjoy a wonderful dinner experience.

I was going to a concert at the PNC Bank Arts Center and looked up a burger place nearby. We went here and it hit the spot. The decor of the place is great with a 1950’s vibe. My friend and I both got burgers and split an order of waffle fries. They were really crispy and delicious. The burgers were spot on as well. If you want a quick place to get a burger before the show you can’t go wrong here.

New ownership has destroyed this place. This is the 2nd time here since they acquired it. The first time the register was broken and they struggled to get the order placed. Today, my wife ordered the nachos which were supposed to have onion, tomato, corn, refried beans and shredded cheese and it was literally corn chips with a burned chili meat on it. We threw most of it in the trash. The food was awful. Been coming here for a decade and i may not be back until they clean this disaster up

This business is under new management and still the same issues. No options to remove items like cheese, lettuce, or onions. Decided to give them a try when they hosted a dine to donate for my kids school, once again they screwed up the order and put cheese on a burger where I didn’t want cheese. Was told they would make the burger correctly and after waitting for 20 minutes staring at the rest of my order getting cold asked for a refund. The younger employee at the register then starts to tell me its my fault I never put in the comments no cheese. Horrible customer service for food that isn’t even very good!

This is the second time trying this place and the first time was good . But today was even BETTER ! I ordered the chipotle bison burger and wow it was so delicious ! Absolutely seasoned well and everything added was a plus ! Also got some fries which was seasoned very good as well and I said why not let’s try their Oreo milkshake. It was so good . Highly recommend this spot . And I love that it’s so close . Can’t wait to stop by again
