We went to their food truck in Florence during the car show this weekend. Friendly enough, but very slow service. Burger was fairly decent, but a tiny bit of pink in it. It tasted okay, but nothing spectacular. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy (they weren’t). I didn’t think to ask what condiments were on it as I’m used to adding my own after I get my order. It wasn’t until we had waited a while that I noticed there weren’t any condiments to speak of sitting out except pepper. It had mayonnaise on it which I am not a fan of (not really their fault, but they could post what condiments are included so you can exclude anything you don’t like). We waited about 40-45 minutes for TWO burgers. There was only 6-7 people ahead of us.
