I should have read the reviews for this place! They are spot on, this was the worst, most expensive casino food I’ve ever eaten! It was so awful. $8 for a burger and $4 to make it a combo, ouch. The burger was so overcooked it seemed like it was from 2 days ago. Just stay away and save your money, I do not know how they are still open.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Took over 30 minutes to get cold food, with no apology or acknowledgement. They were extremely rude when I asked how much longer the wait would be. My first and last visit, for sure.

I tried ordering food at the register, and the young man who tried to take my order said “What?” to just about everything I said. He said he could not hear me because it was too loud. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he was not even paying attention because when he asked me some yes and no questions I also moved my head nodding, and he still would say “What?” I left before finishing because he was not very helpful.
I ended up ordering on the app later and picked up my order. The lady who gave me the order was helpful and friendly and could hear me just fine.
The chili burger was flavorful but not a big portion for the price. The fries were fresh but portion size was rather small.

Our burgers where so over done that you could barely chew them. My burger with no bun was put in the container upside down with the cheese stuck to the top of the box, and was delivered without a fork. Will not eat there again.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and it was the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted. Slimy and couldn’t tear the chicken apart with your teeth. Complained and they charged me to replace it! Argued about it and finally got my money back. Took forever to get the food after ordering. Fries where hard and cold.

This place is seriously understaffed! They stopped taking order for about 15 so they could catch up meanwhile the line continued to grow. Food has a weird seasoning. Have ordered the fish sandwich a few times and it’s been great. This time it was terrible. The 2 small pieces of fish reminded me of smelt. Thin, greasy and more batter than fish. This is not what I was served previously. It was a single, nice sized golden brown filet. I go here because I have a dining credit from the casino but they’ve changed the rules in that so you have to get a combo. Their fries are nothing special. Hard, over seasoned, thin cut.

Very bad service, wouldnt even give them a full star. The first thing was i was trying to order and the lady helping didn’t understand the questions i was asking, like she didnt understand english like at all or well. I also asked for some mayonnaise packets and they said no just straight out no. Then i got my food and burger wasnt even that good. I also got a fountain drink and wanted a refill and they didnt accept refills like at all but one of the workers knew i wasnt very happy with their service so they did give me a refill.

eaten here a few times and every experience has been the same, slow service, out of a lot of items, poor food quality and some items are expensive for the serving size!! I gave it a fair shot but will not go back…Diamond Joe’s replace this place with something of quality!!
