Onion rings are great. Burger I can’t tell you because it was nothing but jalapeños cooked into the cheese so you can’t take any off and they was about 2 inches thick. Also ordered mayo only yet got mustard in between parties to. Would have sent it back but got a to go order 10 min before closing. 40 bucks for barely edible food.
I have to update my review after reading it and speaking with the owner. I left 3 stars because I requested fresh not picked jalapeños and that’s what my review was intended for. However the owner reached out to me before I could fix the review wording and has went above and beyond to make it right. I feel like I need to leave my original message at the top so people will read it. Such wonderful customer service hands down makes up for any slim mistake made. The food was great other than that one issue. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be returning.

On our way back from Oklahoma to TN we stopped here to grabbed lunch and let me tell you

The Wife and I just ate here for date night and I loved the low music and low lighting. I ate a Rise and Shine burger (burger with egg) and it was DELICIOUS!! Fries were crispy and the wait staff were nice. I wanna know where they got their cups! I want some!

Best burger I’ve ever had, hands down. Been a customer since they had a small food truck, and the quality has not gone down even a little bit. Amazing portions, the burger is filling and fantastic, and always a generous portion of fries

Today was my first trip to The Burger Forge and I was pleasantly greeted by all staff including the owner.
The back story for the new restaurant is interesting and there’s a cool print of the old food truck behind the counter. It just shows how hard work and determination pays off.
I ordered the Dragon’s Breath burger and the texture of the spices infused into the smash blew me away as well as the beer battered onion rings. I don’t normally order onion rings so I didn’t know what to expect. The batter prep and care pays off because the rings are pulled out with the ideal texture and flavor. They taste perfect by themselves or with ketchup or ranch.
My tab with drinks and a side was around $20 which is priced right when you consider the service, atmosphere, and kitchen quality experience you encounter here. I was so blown away I want to tell everyone I know about The Forge!

Great burgers! They offer several variations of a traditional burger. For those avoiding seed oils, they fry their fries and onion rings in beef tallow. BTW, friendly service too!

I love a good burger! I also love tallow fries and Burger Forge has both. I travel for work and eat gourmet burgers all over the country, Burger Forge can stand with The Best, any day. Definitely going back and working my way through the whole menu

As many other reviews stated, HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE BEST BURGERS l’VE HAD. The onion rings and fries were amazing and they use beef tallow. When we’re sitting and eating the owners and cooks took the time to talk to us and made sure we were token care of. This place is most definitely a place to eat at if you’re in the Van Buren/Fort Smith area. We live over an hour away but I’d drive the distance just to come back and eat here!
