You’d think a 61 unit chain like Smokey Bones masquerading under a different name titled Burger Experience, would have better burgers. Alas, below par. The patties are barley seasoned, one sandwhich selected the options for ‘No Bun’ and there very much was a bun. Both burgers opted to have tomato, and the slice we were given was barley larger than the pickle. Nothing was inediable, but Im glad I didn’t go in person. Picture added had our own broccoli, as we don’t care for fries, (the only side option through DoorDash)we elected to go side free.

Paid for a double burger, received a single. Lettuce was wilted and there was one onion the size of a dime on my burger. The tomatoes were not ripe. All 4 burgers I ordered were dry as a bone. Everything was cold. This place needs to close it’s doors. Had I known that this place was inside of Smokey Bones, I never would have placed an order. They should have disclosed that they were a part of Smokey Bones.

I can only rate the food because i doordashed, but I was underwhelmed by the experience. The fries were ok, but the patties taste like frozen patties from giant eagle. Hopefully, they’ll decide to get some fresher meat some day.

My entire order was wrong! I ordered and paid for seasoned fries, and parmesan fries, I was given fries without even salt & pepper, the burgers said they had lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles came with nothing but cheese and maybe some sauce. I ordered sprite in cans and got flat fountain sprite. McDonalds has better tasting burgers and fries than this place. DON’T BUY FOOD FROM THIS PLACW!!!!!

Specifically clicked the “Sauce on the Side” tab on the door dash app. no sauce at all! My Dasher said they forgot my Iced tea. thankfully he reminded them. Burger was not all that good considering this is supposed to be a burger place. I’ll be buying elsewhere next time.
