I ordered a buy one, get one Classic Cheese Burger with a large order of fries on the side through Uber Eats for delivery. The fries were cooked well and tasty and they gave me a ton of them! The two burgers were absolutely awful though. The patties were some of the toughest pieces of meat I’ve ever had in a burger. While I will say the bun, lettuce, and onions surrounding the patty were very healthy-looking and appetizing, the meat was seriously closer to jerky than an actual burger patty. That being said, the overall taste of the burger in it’s entirety was pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend this place, though.

It’s no surprise that the most mediocre of barbecue joints around the area produces the most disgusting burger I’ve ever had the displeasure of bringing into my home and unwrapping. Burnt to a crisp. It actually smelled bad, like BADDDDDDS. All 3 burgers we ordered. Definitely low quality meat as well. The fries were terrible too even. You’ll get a “burger experience” if you order from here, that’s a fact. Not a good one though

Hands down the worst burgers in the area. Got two burgers via doordash, the bottom bun is ice cold, the meat patties feel and taste several days old and we’re not microwaved long enough. The food was obnoxiously taped up making it extremely hard to open.

Ordered through Uber eats and the 2 sauces I ordered on the side and paid extra for were missing. The fries were undercooked (literally cold and hard in the middle). The bread on the burger was stale. Worst part is, I can’t get my money back or get it fixed – Uber eats just gave me a small credit for a future order due to the missing sauces.

The burger was just a patty and bacon, fhe address on Google is totally wrong, and the sides weren’t that great either. Disappointing, as Smokey Bones (the actual restaurant doing this) is normally pretty good. You’d think a place called “The Burger Experience” would have better burgers, huh?
