Bad communication between staff or stores or how ever they do it. I call one of the two numbers they have on google maps I ask if I can pay w cash upon deliver he says he would have transfer me to idk where but some lady answered and I’m thinking the man alredy explained my situation to the lady so I place my order the lady takes my orders and tells me 10 minutes. That seemed kinda fast but I wasn’t thinking of it like that I’m thinking wow they deliver fast right … wrong I call 15 minutes later nobody can find my order they transfer me again and I asked and they’ll them this if Jose I just placed and order like 25 minutes ago the lady said 10. Now they don’t deliver at all but asked me if it was for carry out or delivery very frustrating when you have your son who hasn’t ate all day and we have no car to go i wish I could put no stars.
