Placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready by 4:45. Went to pick up order and employee told us they don’t have our order and there’s nothing she can do about it. They already charged our card and sent us the order confirmation, along with a text advising the order was ready. At 5:15, with multiple other people waiting with the same issue, they advised all their online orders just came through and they’re working on it now. We could hear the cook in the back getting mad and yelling about having to make multiple orders. Both burgers were missing most toppings and see photo attached for the condition the burger was given to us. Do not recommend, stay away!

10/19/2024. The restaurant is moderately busy, and full of corporate trainers, hospitality trainers and management trainers. Yet nobody in the restaurant knows how to enter orders, manage flow of customers, seat customers or even work the cash register. Deeply disappointed how far this location has fallen.
