One of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The burger meat tasted spoiled—not just bad, but genuinely off. After one bite I had to throw it away because it didn’t feel safe to eat. The fries were massively overcooked, rock hard, and completely inedible.
This wasn’t a minor mistake or an off day—this was a total failure in food quality and basic standards. Nothing was fresh, nothing was cooked properly, and the entire meal went straight into the trash. Charging money for food like this is unacceptable.
Burger Den should seriously rethink their quality control. I won’t be ordering again and strongly advise others to avoid it unless you want to waste your money.
