Yeah it just was not good at all. The patties are over smashed it looks like pieces fell off and they didn’t even bother to put it back together the flavor is not good it’s bland I have to add my own the fries are burnt. So it seems like it’s a waste of time to order from here cuz I’ve ordered a couple times and both times same results. And I recently learned it’s not even its own Burger joint it’s Denny’s. Denny’s stick with breakfast your burgers are crap.
And yes I had to edit this when I started reading the other comments about this and yeah I was kind of questioning why I have a Denny sticker with a Burger den sticker. Seems like false advertisement to me!!

OK let’s start off with this, it’s Denny’s!… Not some burger joint… The fries were cold, the burger was lukewarm at best. They forgot my soda… The strawberry shake was pretty decent.

Lesson learned the hard way……
I ordered through door dash, so I expected the food to be less than piping hot. What I didn’t expect was to not get what I ordered and paid for. The onion rings were an up charge and got fries instead. Wanted mayo, didn’t get that. Lastly…..one one set of utensils for 2 entrees.

Alright I try to not comment on food that gets delivered, I understand the process. These burgers that I ordered are most tasteless burgers and overcooked. For 33$ dollars for a “double the fun burger and feeln the burn burger and and fries is stupid ridiculous.. let’s up the game and make some good stuff. It’s OK, I learned my lesson. Should of ordered the moons over my hammy. Now that’s good! Stick to breakfast not burgers

I wish I didn’t even have to rate one star. Ordered from here using door dash and door dash was less than helpful. Currently from out of town and only in Omaha to be with my two month old currently admitted to children’s hospital with a life threatening illness, decided door dashing our meal directly to the hospital was the best way to maximize our time with our little one before heading back home alone without him. Our food was cold, incorrectly made, and missing several items. I do not recommend whatsoever unless you are willing to waste your money. Couldn’t even get compensated through door dash, and all we wanted was a correct order or at the very least the items we paid for that we didn’t receive. Negative 5 stars, and next time we’ll navigate the city ourselves
