Paid $45 for 2 burger combos, waited for 45+ minutes on the food. First they didn’t see the order then it was in a corner for who knows how long. They remake that and we get the new burger, a piece of rubber or something that won’t even tear apart. So disgusted

Overall not bad for 24 hour burger joint! I am very grateful that they have not one, not two, but three vegan options! Thankfully, the burger was warm but the fries were cold. That’s my only note, maybe drop fresh fries for late night orders. I will definitely order from here again!

Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger with seasoned fries. Burger arrived with not a mushroom in sight on the burger and the inside of the whole burger is PINK. I ordered from them on Ubereats and the driver stole my food! Worse than that, the burger den wouldn’t make up for it and refused to remake my order. On top of that, I spent like 10 minutes calling them and no answer at all. Rude service, and so disrespectful. They were worried about “their money”. I waited so hours for them to remake my food and nothing. I’ve ordered from them a million times, and this experience was bad enough for me not to even buy from here again.
