This was my first meal at the Silos and it did not disappoint! I was craving a burger and gave this place a try. Love that sweet potato fries are an option along with regular fries and cheesy fries. I went with the Patriot and Cheesy Fries on the side. This burger was so delicious with all the classic toppings and the Cece sauce. The cheesy fries were topped with a yummy homemade melted cheese sauce that you can tell is real cheese. I’m now going to be craving this burger!

Let me say that in the city of Dayton alone, it is not difficult to find a great tasting burger for a decent price. There are so many options. The competition is fierce. Then we have the Burger Bistro.
While their menu is small, they make burgers for everyone. I don’t eat red meat so oftentimes, I stay out of the burger game. Burger Bistro helps out with that.
I always order the Chickenhead. It is delicious. One time, I copped the salmon sliders. Talk about being tender!!! The other day I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with Chicken (yes you can change what kind of meat you want for the cheesesteak).
I love that they have a kids menu that is affordable. If you are a parent and you want a quick delicious meal for your kid, the Burger Bistro is it.
I want to add that while there are many places that make good burgers they usually don’t make good fries. The Burger Bistro makes great fries that don’t even need ketchup. They have a gang of sides that are delicious as well.
If you want a bite to eat before binge drinking, or taking a date out for a quick bite, or hanging out with your kids after shopping, the Burger Bistro is the spot.

I love going to the burger bistro! All of the people working there are so nice and make my order (which is high maintenance) right every time! The burgers are good but the hidden gem is the Surf No Turf sliders! Honestly some of the best salmon I have ever had!

Me and my family went to the Silos around 4ish on Sunday I would say. The place was beyond beautiful, unique and i absolutely loved the plants everywhere and the shipment containers! We tried things from all 3 places and everything was excellent!! But the service at the burger bistro was a lil off, only because the cook didn’t seem like he wanted to do his job. And the poor girl look like she was having a long day! Food was great we had, the Triple B which my husband loved and I had a chicken Philly! Everything was amazing but the service at the burger bistro only because the cooks attitude! But all in all great place to take your family and hang out for a bit.

These burgers are phenomenal. I took my parents one night and me and my mom enjoyed their burgers while my dad ordered a chicken breast sandwich. The French fries are delicious and those Brussel sprouts?!?!?! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I live 2 minutes from here and always make this my eat it option!!!!! Also, the burgers are huge and as a self proclaimed bottomless pit, I am forever grateful. Lol.

We were there this past Saturday. It was hopping! The line there was the longest of the vendors. We ordered, and were told by CeCe 7-8 minute wait, and if we hadn’t heard anything by then, come back to the counter. Our order was the wings, and the Monster fries. Our food was ready within 5-6 minutes, and hot. The young man working the counter was friendly, in spite of being slammed. Once we sat and ate, we were pleasantly surprised. Both items were hot, accurate, and great tasting. Plenty of food for the price, and well done. We will be back!

i literally ate all my food with my eyes closed i literally thought i died and went to heaven. food is the most flavorful food ive ever had. got the chicken parm egg rolls, their loaded fries, and the hot honey chicken deviled eggs. my dad and i split it and shared with our friend and it was more than enough food! owner was so sweet and friendly! will definitely be back super soon and bring all my family and friends. CECE YOU ARE THAT GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great food came here for Dayton Food Founders networking and had the Morning Monster, which is something my wife would be upset I ate Donut Smash burger, fried egg and bacon! Was excellent and crispy with runny egg and fresh glazed donut! The 3 people working were so nice and helpful and the wait was only a few minutes on a Sunday evening! I will be back

The food came relatively fast. There’s not an item on the menu that wasn’t good. I especially love their honey lemon pepper chicken and the burger with the bacon and jalapeños. Overall great spot.
