Bella was amazing!
I had such a great experience thanks to the girl who served my coffee today. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole interaction feel genuinely pleasant. You can tell she really cares about customer service—she was quick, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. My coffee was perfect, but honestly her kindness and good energy made it even better. Employees like her make people want to come back. I really hope she gets recognized because she’s doing an amazing job!

Really great coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere. The coffee was great and well-made, and you can tell they pay attention to quality. I also tried the breakfast tacos and they were amazing and filling. Definitely a solid spot for coffee and breakfast! I’d come back again.

I have only been to the Burg twice but it has become a must stop when I’m driving through Ellensberg. The service was absolutely amazing and the coffee was delightful! Service like this is few and far between these days, Bella specifically made my experience. Her kindness and willingness to help me get exactly what I needed was incredibly appreciated! I will go back to the Burg many times due to my amazing interaction!

Easily the best Café in Ellensburg! The staff is always super friendly and kind and the menu options are incredible and the seating and atmosphere are super relaxed and charming! They have some amazing drinks year round but really kill it with the seasonal specials. Also, their food options are better than some restaurants! The classic breakfast burrito is my personal fav, but the whole menu is amazing! I highly recommend you stop by and enjoy the great vibe they have!

I love the atmosphere of this place! I’m super glad Ellensburg has an open space with such warm staff. I do wish the hours were longer but other than that I love their coffee and their redbull specials. The Original Breakfast Sandwich is so delicious! Their grilled cheese is also super tasty. I love the constant specials they have throughout the year too, a good theme goes along way!

We stopped at the Burg to get some coffee and breakfast, I had the California burrito with a latte and my wife had the Belgian waffles along with a Brevé, and everything was very good! Great fast service as well!

I have two favorite qualities of this coffee spot: the staff and the coffee.
The people who work here are top-notch; very kind, and very patient.
In terms of food I really like the triple berry waffles – the fruit is fresh and the syrup is on the sweeter side (which I prefer). My mom loves their acai bowl.
The banana bread and the muffins aren’t really my favorite; I found them to be a little odd.
They also have a long list of syrups, including sugar-free options beyond the usual vanilla and hazelnut. Milk alternatives are also available, which is much appreciated.
I’m always nervous to try a new coffee place as I am very stubborn with my routine, but this is my new regular spot.
I hope the staff are paid well because they really do a stellar job.

The food and coffee are pretty good and one of the girls was really sweet. I want to preface that I have worked only in the food industry since I was 16. Anyways. The other girls, as she was checking me out, just started going on her phone. And I mean I’m 19 I get it but I still think there’s no reason as a cashier to go on your phone as you’re checking people out. Besides that the place is cute :).

Every interaction I have with the Burg is very pleasant. Nearly all the employees offer nothing but kindness each time I visit. The food and coffee is always amazing and I really appreciate the variety and unique offers throughout the year. 10/10 would Burg again!

I have been here multiple times giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The same lady takes my order every time and never smiles and is super disrespectful with me. This past time, there was only one drink ahead of me and my coffee took 20 minutes to come out. There was no apology for the wait time and no smile on either of the two people that I talked to while in here. Feel as if I am an inconvenience every time I go here.
