The customer service is on point. All staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great. The temperature was a bit warm but everything else was great. The golf simulator is good and works as expected (clubs provided aren’t the best but they get the job done) Very clean areas and tables. Overall a great experience and plan to visit again.

A friend recommended this place to me so I decided to check it out. Really cool atmosphere with different games to play on each screen, sitting areas to hang out, and a great menu with excellent, friendly staff. I told them it was my first time visit and they were very welcoming at the front door, as well as the bar/food area offering suggestions on what I might like to order. I went with the pretzel bites with queso cheese, which were really good. Ill be back soon to try either the burger or bar bq.

Starting off with the food, we didn’t get any, so I have nothing to rate. Our waitress “forgot to ask us” if we wanted food, despite that being her job! I’d rate the food a zero if I could. The service was poor because we weren’t even served anything! I’d also rate the service as a zero if that were possible. And the only thing that kept me from going insane were the games, which were fun but terribly inaccurate. The whole place smelled horrible and it was so hot I couldn’t even breathe. Don’t waste your money here. Not worth the risk of your waitress forgetting to do her job.

We reserved 2 bays for our boys to have their end of the season baseball party. Talk about a PARTY WAS HAD! It was a Thursday so the moms got to enjoy some yummy 2 for 1 yummy margaritas & martinis plus the appetizers were delicious! It’s a great family friendly place for everyone to enjoy themselves! Service was fast & friendly!

I can’t even review the food because they never asked us what we wanted to eat. Everyone around us was getting appetizers and meals but we were completely ignored. I didn’t call for the server because I assumed her job was to ask us while we played, like she did with everyone else. Otherwise was fun. Probably not going back

First time visit and the atmosphere and setup of the establishment is great. Problems arose when using the actual equipment for the visit. The golf simulator is way off. The equipment for the hunting simulator didn’t work. The bats for the baseball/softball simulator were small and didn’t have grips on them. Didn’t have a chance to order any food because made reservations online and they cannot be extended. Needless to say trying to troubleshoot the games took away our family play time and basically had to leave without even getting to eat.

Got out on Bay 1 and spent 30 minutes trying to find a game that works, only to find out the equipment was not functional. Asked to be refunded for the 30 wasted minutes and they chose to stick me in another bay. Spent the next 30 minutes playing. Food was okay. I felt like it was better when it first opened.

No sound on any game at all. Sensors don’t work. 50$ an hour for a poor entertainment experience. I cannot comment on the food. Resolution on computer does not match projector. All attempts at football, golf, baseball, or shooting, failed miserably. Sensors are off bad. Huge disappointment. You are better off at home with your console. My Nintendo Wii has better tracking, so does the Microsoft Kinect. NO AC in stalls. Sweat it out while you miss constantly.
