We decided to bring our grandson to the buffet yesterday.
I payed $73 which included 15% gratuity and he used his voucher.
Your process to redeem the voucher was for him to sign a copy of the receipt that was placed in the cashier’s drawer.
The lady that seated us was so rude to us that I had to tell her she was being very rude and she asked What’s My Problem?
I chose to not engage any further with her and told Sylvester and our grandson to ignore her and don’t let her ruin our dinner and proceeded to the Buffet.
Sylvester was stopped at the buffet and told to put his plate back because he did not pay.
How embarrassing. People are staring and looking and he was walked away from your buffet empty handed.
He came back to the table with the lady that worked there.
I had him go in his pockets and he provided his receipt and then he was welcomed to go back and remake his plate.
Why offer complimentary buffet for play if a person has to be belittled for using it?
Why not use Communication Skills and communicate with your cashier’s before confronting your guest and telling him to put his plate back?
Why not let him take his already prepared plate back to the table and sort it out there?
The host that seated us was kind to everyone else that she seated and the only difference between us and everyone else is Sylvester is an African American Man.
Is this a Whites Only Buffet? We Didn’t See Any Signs Posted.
We got the message Loud & Clear. We Are Not Welcomed.
We enjoyed our weekly Monday Rendezvous at your Casino but if we are not welcomed to eat we don’t want to be welcomed to spend our money gambling.
I guess we will try Harrah’s moving forward and this will be made public.
You Should Be Ashamed. Good Grief it’s 2026
Although you can rebuttal that the way we were treated was not racially motivated and just Bad Manners

Please don’t take my word, review your cameras.
We were encountered NOT greeted shortly after 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
The staff is polite and friendly, which is a positive point. However, the buffet itself was disappointing. The food was not tasty, some items seemed old, the meat was cold, and overall the quality and freshness were lacking.
This is not a place I would recommend for those looking to enjoy a good meal or a pleasant dining experience. The advertising creates expectations that are not fulfilled in reality.
My partner and I tried a bite of nearly everything available, and the best we could describe anything as was “okay.” The mashed potatoes were gummy, the mac and cheese had no flavor at all, and the fried chicken was dry and bland. It honestly felt like hospital food.
I had gone specifically for the prime rib, but it was the toughest, most flavorless rib I’ve ever been served. The au jus was watery and nearly tasteless — thank goodness for the salt and pepper shakers on the table, though even those couldn’t save it.
The only thing that was passable were the potstickers — clearly frozen from a bag, but at least they came with sauce.
The staff didn’t even blink as they cleared our untouched plates and continued to be friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the food was so bad that we left genuinely shell-shocked. I don’t think I’d eat here again, even if it were free.
