So we came to the buffet at Valley for the 1st time on a Wednesday night. It was a good two hour wait but so worth it. I like to travel and love buffets, so I’ve been to many in Vegas and all around. And this one just jumped into 1st place as my favorite. The system they got here is very effective where you have a server that brings you whatever you want. They are fast & very friendly. The food is all delicious and cooked perfectly. The lobster is the specialty, I recommend the spicy and the garlic butter. The dessert menu is also huge. The portions are just perfect. Definitely will be returning!!

I do now know what they did, but the timing and service were amazing this time around. My mom and I decided to go to the buffet. We were expecting to wait up to 3 hours, but lo and behold, we arrived at the buffet line around 530pm on a Friday night, and there actually was NO LINE to come in. Usually, we would need to take a pager and wait up to 1 hour to stand in line for another hour, but not this time!

The food is great. Everything we were looking for and more. We were disappointed in the way you wait to be seated. First a beeper, then the line and then seated. The whole experience took an hour and a half. Be prepared to wait. Having said that, the food and servers are so worth the wait. We thought the severs are stretched thin, but they do the best they can. I would suggest more servers. It would improve service. We will be back as soon as we can. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you, Valley View!

This place should not have the word “buffet” anywhere near it. $120 for two people on Wednesday evening is too expensive for the quality they provide. Don’t get me wrong, the service is great. They were friendly and refilled, removed plates from our table in a timely manner but it takes 20-30 minutes to get food every time you order. I feel like this do this on purpose to discourage ordering more food. This is the part that really is unfortunate. The quality of the food has gone down since the buffet days and the fact you can’t sever yourself anything is very disappointing. The crab legs are split in half to make it easier to access crab meat but it makes the crab meat incredibly dry. To top it off, we got sick after getting home. I guess this restaurant is just like the casino…the house always wins…

It’s not a buffet anymore, probably a result of Covid and you have to be a blue and above player to have access.

I have been waiting 90 minutes as the cashier told me when I signed up the buffet wait list. When I finished waiting 90 minutes, no one call me up. I asked the cashier, they said I have to wait for 40 more minutes.

Maine Lobster Buffet is not a buffet, but all you can eat full service restaurant with English only menu that adds a mandatory $7 tip (should call it service charge instead of tip) on top of $49 price tag at entrance that is not disclosed until customers reached the restaurant. Moreover, it also require customer to be a frequent gambler that has reached at least 1,500 points for entry. They intentionally not to disclose how much money a customer has to lose to gain that many points. Furthermore, gained points are cleared out on June 30th and December 31st. From hardcore gamblers, it takes at least $6,000 lost to gain 1,500 points. Finally, the wait time to be seated is at least two hours! If the wait time is less than that they will close part of the restaurant to ensure customers wait at least two hours before can be seated. Because customers must wait to be texted before entering the waiting line, most customers lost even more before getting the meal. If this is not enough, their slot machines losing odd is exceptionally high, and they do not offer Wi-Fi.
