The Buffalo Spot location is very unprofessional. The sign says open at 10:30am, the only person in the store was the cook. The cashier wasn’t there, she showed up at 12:00pm. If you arent open at 10:30am then take down the sign & fix it on the website as well.

I ordered this through DoorDash and they got my order wrong. They said I can pick up the right order the next day but then downgraded my size from a regular to a small. But mind you I paid for the bigger size and that’s what the got wrong but insist they only can remake it in the smaller size. Then I go to pick up my smaller size and the only give me a couple pieces or chicken on my fries. I went back in to tell them it not supposed to look like dis and I need more chicken and they refuse to make them the right way. I will not be going back.

This location is the only location that I will goto. It’s been close to a year now that I’ve been coming here and it’s by far my favorite boneless chicken spot. Every Tuesday I am here like clockwork from riverside because I can’t get enough if how they do their chicken. As the seasons come and go they introduce new shakes and flavors and I have to say their latest Ferrero Rocher shake is incredible and makes for one awesome presentation. Definitely consider this location when you have a craving for good chicken.

I went in at 9pm, I ordered and got my receipt. I tried to use the restroom and the cashier “Paulina M” ( as it said in my receipt) told me they locked the restrooms because she had already cleaned them and they were going to be closing soon so no one else can use it to make her work harder. They close at 10pm. Other people tried to ask to use the restroom and she told them no as well. She started tossing chairs around because she was upset that we decided to dine in. By 9:30 she decided to “close” the trash cans while we were still eating.
