I recently visited The Brunch Company and had a decent overall experience. The food was good, though not particularly outstanding. Everything was prepared well, but nothing really stood out as memorable.
Service started off strong, our server was attentive and friendly in the beginning, but as the restaurant got busier, the attentiveness declined. It seemed like they may have been a bit overwhelmed. That said, I did notice the manager running food to tables and helping out, which was great to see and shows they care about supporting the team.
The prices are reasonable for the area, which I appreciated. One area that could use improvement is the menu layout. It’s a bit confusing, especially with items sharing the same name in different categories (for example, “The Ultimate” appears more than once but refers to different dishes). A little clarification there would go a long way. Also, lunch items are not available until after 11am. So, breakfast first and then lunch options.
Overall, it feels like they may be working through some growing pains as a newer spot. With a few adjustments, this could easily become a go-to brunch place in Williamsburg.

I celebrated the start of my birthday here!!! This place is very charming!! The smiles as soon as you enter are heart-warming. Very cozy atmosphere and Decorated beautifully. I sat at the bar and The service is absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The ladies were very nice, fun, and very menu informative. Kudos to the chef for delivering one of the best breakfast meals I’ve had in a long time. Presentation top tier, and the taste was better than the sight of the food. I will definitely return in the very near future

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every bite was perfect. Today I went to have breakfast with my friends at this new place, and the food was excellent. The place is very beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly, always checking to make sure everything is okay. My favorite part was the pistachio pancake—I absolutely fell in love with it, and I’ll definitely come back to try the others.

Our first time and absolutely loved our brunch here. The chicken and waffles were perfectly crispy, and the eggs benedict was spot on. The interior has a really nice, welcoming atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. We definitely plan on returning soon.

We visited today and tried flavors we had never experienced before. We especially loved the pistachio pancake and pistachio croissant; the pistachio cream inside was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the harmony of the colors was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. The coffee was also a delight—baristas prepared each drink with care, and there was a wide coffee selection. The steak and eggs served for breakfast were of very high quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience. We are planning to come back again as a family.

Food was good borderline great. We had the fried chicken, cinnamon roll pancakes, and eggs with cheese. We also had cinnamon roll latte which was good just not enough. All the food was good, the chicken grew on me. It had this sauce on the fries, I think a gravy that was really really good. The pancakes were excellent, we may be a little bias, Not Another Pancake house cinnamon roll pancakes were a little better. The server was friendly, just not prompt.

Franny and Liz provided excellent service. The food was excellent. We had a reservation for 20, they had 3 tables reserved for us when we arrived. They seated us immediately and we ended up only needing 2 tables instead of 3.

First time at Brunch Company and it was a great experience! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff are friendly and smiling. They bring a fresh and unique touch to American breakfast.
I go out for breakfast every Sunday, but I’ve never had food this delicious or seen such a wide menu before. The pistachio pancakes and berry French toast were amazing.
