We were out running some errands and decided to try someplace new. A quick Google search showed us this place and we decided to give it a try. Boy are we glad we did!

The simple but varied menu provided something for any craving. Burgers tacos and chicken tenders. They also had lots of sides as well.

I had the tacos and my wife had the basic burger. The chicken bacon avocado tacos were amazing. Extremely fresh salsa and all ingredients were fresh and flavorful.

Her burger was outstanding. Fresh vegetables and outstanding flavor. We talked with the manager afterwards and he says they make them fresh everyday. It shows.

However the side may have stolen the show. The fries were unbelievably good. Across between seasoned and crinkle cut fries, they were extremely fresh and extremely tasty! A win-win

For a small up charge you can make any item into a combo. Well worth it.

The service was excellent. Smiling, friendly faces made dining pleasurable. The dining room seats around 25 people with four more seats outside. You can order a head and come in and pick it up and they also have a drive-up window. Everything was busy when we were there.

If you’re looking for a new place to try but don’t like trying new places, give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service & Great Eats at The Brown Bag! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I recently visited The Brown Bag, and I cannot recommend this place enough. While the food was fantastic, the service was truly on another level—if I could give it 1,000 stars, I would!

The Highlight: Above & Beyond Service
A huge thank you to Alysha, who was our server. I accidentally ordered my tacos with bacon (totally my fault!), and since we don’t eat bacon, I went back to the counter to pay for a new order. Alysha noticed what happened and immediately stepped in. She insisted on comping the second order and replaced my tacos for free. It’s rare to find a business that cares more about the customer experience than a few extra dollars.

Everything we ordered was delicious. If you’re visiting, here are our top recommendations:
• The Burger: Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
• The Poppers: The perfect kick to start the meal.
• The Tacos: Even without the bacon, these were a 10/10!

The Vibe
The location is great and has a welcoming, local feel that makes you want to stay a while. Between the high-quality food and the incredible staff like Alysha, we will definitely be regulars here.

Bottom line: Go for the food, but stay for the world-class service. Thank you again, Alysha!

The cheeseburger was very good. The Boomer had WAY too much sauce on it causing it to fall apart and the burger literally fell out of the bun. The boomer sauce tastes like a bbq sauce which we weren’t a fan of. The onion rings and fries were hot and fresh but unfortunately the breading didn’t stick to the onions and the crinkle fries are just okay. We will come back to give it another try and try something different on the menu like the chicken tenders.

Nice place for a quick bite, Clean, quick. The Boomer Burger & Onion Rings are pretty pretty good. We loved the Chicken Tenders. They won’t allow you to substitute the slaw, but my wife likes it.
Overall, good experience.

I ordered the Diner and my friend had the chilli cheese burger and we shared a order of onion rings. The Diner burger did not disappoint, the grilled onions, cheese, pickles and patty reminded me of an old fashioned onion burger. My friend enjoyed the chili cheeseburger. The only complaint was it may have had just a little too much chili, but come on, is that such a bad thing? I would have liked to have a few more onion rings in the order, they were super yummy and handmade. Next time I’ll get my own order.

Better value at Wendy’s.

Terrible service at the drive through window. Had to repeat ourselves 3x to get the order right…and it still came out wrong. Also told us the wrong price for the food. $30 for this? Nah. Go to the Patty Wagon in OKC if you want great food for $30.

My wife’s Bacon Cheese burger featured microwaved bacon, dollar store cheddar cheese, a dry patty, and a mayo, despite her requesting no mayo (also, if you have to put mayo on the burger your offering-it’s a bad burger).

Also, her fries were clearly frozen fries. What a let down.

Her chocolate shake? Don’t get me started. Freezer burnt ice cream and it was watery. Just sad.

My grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery as heck. The chopped iceberg lettuce is also a letdown.

My son’s kid’s meal was $7 for two strips and 10 French fries. Are you kidding me?

Honestly, I’d rather have someone pay me to munch on a paper bag for $30.

Cute name for it. Love that it has a drive thru.
Food was mid.
Can’t say anything for service since I did a pickup.
The burger didn’t stand out. The onion rings were my least favorite ; no flavor.
The crinkle fries were decent. We also got the chicken tenders to try and they are tiny and bland.

Excellent place for a burger and onion rings! Place is decorated nicely, is clean, and well lit. Service was also great. Burger came out quickly and was nice and hot. The burger had fresh lettuce and tomato and the beef was delicious. Onion rings were battered and cooked perfectly. The two completed each other while enjoying the inside decor. The manager stopped by my table to check on me about half way through my meal. All around 5 stars. Next time in will try the tacos.

My husband got The Diner burger and fries. He said the burger was plain and flavorless, a little seasoning would go a long way. The fries were cold, so we threw them in the air fryer, added salt and pepper and they came alive. The pepper poppers were delicious. All in all, it wasn’t horrible for the price but it could’ve been so much better!!

A Hal Smith restaurant with a drive through! Hal Smith is quite popular in Okc and Tulsa, and as far as I know, this is the only location in his restaurant group with a drive through, which is quite exciting! This was my first visit. I was looking forward to a burger, but the chicken avocado tacos got my attention. I now have a new quick taco option in town! The shredded chicken was tender and seasoned well (smokey bacon flavor maybe – I couldn’t quite place it). For somebody who doesn’t care for spice, I very much enjoyed the salsa. It was on the mild side, but you could probably ask for hot. Tip: extra sauce cost more, so be sure to include it while ordering.
