The Bros Cuisine has the best Pares Beef in Salt Lake City, Utah. Chef Dave truly knows how to bring out the rich, comforting flavors that make this dish unforgettable. The beef is incredibly tender, and the broth is perfectly seasoned, creating a delicious balance that will have me coming back for more. Whoa! I’d never had Pares beef before, but this was delicious and VERY reasonably priced. The chef was happy to chat and tell us about the journey of their business from San Diego to Salt Lake. Highly recommended. Oh and take their recommendation and add a bit of lemon, really brightened up the dish!
