Our group of 10 visited this restaurant as it was very close to the Appalachian outpost! We stayed onsite at the cabins doing some side x side riding.
This place is very convenient. We’ve gone to this place different multiple times on different trips. The food is average but I will say the service is slow. They simply don’t have enough servers for any real amount of customers! The pretzel appetizer was pretty good and the Philly cheesecake was pretty good. We will go back simply because this is an onsite restaurant of the resort!

I definitely recommend coming here! The food was amazing, so many beers on tap, the staff was so friendly. You can definitely tell that they are understaffed but being in the restaurant business myself I can’t help but appreciate the great work they do. Service is definitely a little slow but they make up for it with amazing service and amazing food! I was never disappointed in a meal here, we stayed at Appalachian Outpost and having this restaurant on site was definitely one of the best perks, after riding all day coming here for a cold drink and great food was awesome! We went every night it was open while we were there, they remembered us, remembered that it was my birthday & they gave us a free dessert! I couldn’t recommend this place more! The waffle on the dessert menu is probably the best thing I have ever tasted !!!

Wow! I was impressed. Local food ((deep fried?) pepperoni rolls, slaw dogs & fried bologna (coal miner steak)). Ample parking. Clean facility. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Great Atmosphere. Large group of us and everyone loved the food. For a Wednesday night they had 1 girl ( Brittany) working the front. She was a bad ass!!!

Was really disappointed mainly in the “owner” Leah. When a customer has a problem with their food, you still treat them with respect and try you best not to give them dirty looks as you walk away from them. You should know as an owner to try and resolve the issue if you want to keep customers coming back. The restaurant wasn’t busy but it still took an hour to get our food out and on top of this several of our bills were incorrect/overcharged. Keep an eye out for that. I only hope the real owners sees all the complaints about “Leah” and make corrections, if so this could be a really nice place
